hey guys i was just wondering is there a low dose product out there that would be safe to take every day to keep estrogen in men at a safe low level. any all natural or otc products????

I am guessing you want the estro block to lose weight. I think you should put up your diet and lets look at that. Diet is always step 1. I would bet there is a ton of holes in your diet and if we fix that weight loss will be way easier for you.
no cycle guys just was a thought.im a large guy but im on a very clean low cal low carb diet and working my ass off every day of the week. i had a body mass that was 30'something. so i was ob. so im just not sure if thats just fat on my chest or due to estrogen. about 2 weeks ago i was pushing 260. now im around 240 or a little below. and in on the ECA stack that has really helped....
fat contains aromatase. as you lean out estro levels will drop.
If you're on cycle and are prone to bloating you need an ai.
