+ 1 E2, PRL, PROG Levels

ad

Just got last Friday's blood work:

Estradiol: 115 pmol/L ref range <150
Prolactin: <20 mIU/L ref range 40-450
Progesterone: 5 nmol/L ref range 0.9-3.9

Okay, so I've wiped out all my Prolactin with Cabergoline as I was paranoid about Anadrol sides - I've bumped Anadrol to 100mg ED(50/50). And my progesterone is high - presumably from HCG. I've been doing 250iu Every Third Day. Estradiol appears to be in the right place. Don't want to lower it too much.

Any advice? I know the life extension gurus like to raise progesterone levels in men much higher than mine. I have no sides of any kind but I want to keep hormone levels where they should be.

just remember, you said you took your letro and estro read higher right? well in some men, serms and ais actually act as estrogen inside our bodies in the first few days of use, sometimes even up to 8 days, letro actually takes 60 days to reach stable/ peak plasma levels, im not saying it takes that long to kill of estro etc but its just a side note for your research, as ive read you are complaining of higher estro reading after just 2 days of use and now screaming bunk, good luck.

I'll look into that and if I'm wrong of course I'll say so in the source thread.

no worries mate, its the same with nolvadex, it can actually act as estrogen in our bodies in the early stages of use, thats why people have hiccups with it on deca etc, they start taking the nolva, the nolva up regulates the estrogen therefore stimulating the PGR, then you have a double bang because nandrolone already stimulates/ awakens the PGR, its only in the early stages though bro, if you can ride out that first bit, after that they start doing there thing, letro is powerful, yet over rated, myself and quite a few other regulars on here have no problems using 2.5 mgs of letro for prolonged periods of time, ive even gone up too 5mgs a day for like 10 days before, its just one of those drugs that different people react in different ways with, like clomid for example, some people feel sick, anxious, lethargic, vision problems/ night blindness then some people like me feel awesome on it and energised, its about finding the right drug for you body and individual needs, dont get me wrong mate, im not saying your wrong, remember my pm, its just worth doing a bit more research/ homework and adjusting it all to your specific needs/ goals and finding the right ai etc. pm me anytime if need, and if your having any cycle issues still, send me a detailed pm about it all and ill work with you on it to rectify, chhers mate.

What exactly are you running? Hard to pin things down without the full picture. If you're on tren, that would explain your hdl/ldl levels.

"Direct evidence for the HDL-C-lowering effect of testosterone derives principally from observations of men using androgenic-anabolic steroids for athletic enhancement.[3] This effect has been achieved consistently with the administration of supraphysiologic doses of oral androgens to young men..."

Test E 750mg and have been pulsing Anadrol for nearly six weeks. Recently bumped the drol up to 100mg a day.

Got yesterday's bloods. E2, prolactin all good. Liver function...not so good. ALT through the roof. I'm dropping the Anadrol. Goodbye dear friend. It was great while it lasted.

Lipids...holy shit! I eat super clean and take fish oil and flax seed oil twice a day and in one month my LDL and HDL have swapped places. Any advice on improving lipid profile would be appreciated.

Look into GW 501516. A lot of logs from people running it have claimed that it has improved lipids.

Will do thanks.

I've heard really bad things about statins from friends. What it comes down to is moderation and a lot of time off between cycles. There is literally nothing I could do to eat any cleaner. Along with flax seed oil and fish oil I take a lot of stuff for cardiovascular health like Vit E, Hawthorne Berries, anti-oxidants etc. And yet it isn't enough as you say. It's just a matter of managing the risks. Without risk there's no gain.

That's interesting, I didn't know that about tamoxifen. You try first and keep us informed of how it works out. Smile

The use of Nolva will drastically drop your IGF-1. Not something you want to do while cruising or on cycle.

Whats the mechanism by which an AI worsens lipids? Isn't that secondary to a low estrogen level? If AI is used prudently to keep estro in range, but not "low", is it still problematic?
