Dosage Advice.

I am running
700 mg Test E /wk
50 mg Winstrol /ED
.25mg arimadex /EOD
Just got blood back and my Estrogen levels seem to have skyrocketed along with my emotional state.
Any dosage advice or other supplementation I can use to knock it down?

Manateeswimmer5678Some people may aromatize more. To make sure your winny isn't dbol how does it make your joints feel? Are you drying out more? Couple friends need to do 1mg adex Ed which is crazy because I hardly need .25 every three days
With E2 that high I’m betting that winny is in fact Dbol or you’re actually on Tren and getting a false positive on the E2 reading. I just don’t see your E2 being that high on just 700mg of test even for a very heavy aromatiser. My advice is get one of those test kits and check your winny is in fact winny and if it is if your test is in fact test and take appropriate action.
If I’m right and your winny is dbol then of course stop it. I’d also switch to aro and take 25mg split ED for one week and test again and if in range drop to 12.5mg split ED and see how you go.

PcushionNolva will only block estrogen at the receptor. It will not change his E2 reading. Letro at 1.25mg eod will probably bottom him out. Most guys who use letro only use it because nothing else works and they dose it at 2.5mg a week. I can get on board with the SERM recommendation though. I use torem on cycle and no AI. It provides better lipid values and the gains are much better than with an AI. I let my body balance itself out by converting estrogen as it sees fit.

Up the Adex or switch to Aro, and be sure to get bloods!
I usually run arimidex at 1mg/wk (split 2x weekly) for 500mg test E/wk.
Your dosing is .75-1mg weekly (depending on the week). I would aim for ~1.5mg weekly for your dose (if I were in your shoes)
IMO, I would do one of two things:
1.) if you can wait a couple days or so for sides to go away, you should up your arimidex to .75mg day of pin (assuming you pin 2x a week)
2.) if the sides are unbearable, I would dose nolva at 20mg/day for 2-3 days until sides go away. This is while (1) is taking effect.
Once sides subside, wait a couple weeks then get new bloods to see if it’s any better
