+ 1 New Cycle
ad
So, I've ran several Test/Tren cycles in the past. However, it's been awhile and looking back on it I feel as if "mentors" might have actually been idiots. I would really appreciate it if someone could post an example of how the two should be ran together with a PCT? My height is 5'7ish, I weigh around 160 lbs, and I am 25 years old. P.s. My main reason for posting this is that in the past I would typically go through 3 vials of both tren e 250 and test e 250 on a typical 12 week cycle. Judging by the posts I'm seeing on this forum my initial cycles would be considered very extreme based on the dosage. So, either my gear was trash, and they knew it so they dosed it higher, or they had me pinning way too much.

I + 2 you because of your other post. You actually did some research and listed it in a fourm that was not karma related. I can respect that because you're not looking for something in return other then good plain information.
Now go eat big and lift big!
Thank you!
Holy Hell so that means you run Tren E at 600mg's/wk in a 160lb body! ..& you have done it 3 times, that's crazy. Surprised you can tolerate that dose actually..
I'm under the belief that it was more than likely underdosed, got it from the same local guy everytime. Due to the sides I can definitely rest assured it was real Tren. However due to being ignorant and just running it how I was told and not ever getting it tested I don't believe I'll ever know the genuine dosage I was actually taking.
You have to get some weight on you. After 3 hardcore runs and sitting at 160lbs now means your diet is messed up. 100% sure of that. Running a cycle isn't the answer here because it hasn't worked the last 3 times.
First thing I would be checking though is getting some bloodwork done to see if you have done any damage to your HPTA since it sounds like you are kind of clueless about PCT. I could see adding an easy 15+ lbs of quality mass over the course of a year if you get that diet figured out, assuming you know what you are doing in the gym. Get that easy weight on and then I would consider a cycle after that but I can tell you it sure better not involve tren.
Agreed..
I've been looking at some of your posts previously on dieting, if possible could you PM me? I'm curious about the bulk cycling you posted about.
RustyhookerYou need proper foods dude..... id post my favorite saying but go eat. No gear. Food
Agreed...eating is the hardest obstacle, especially to maintaining consistency. I juggle with that on daily basis, plus the gym time. But, when both are on point...I can tell mentally and physically I'm utilizing a helluva blueprint!
Also another good forum to learn and teach from...
Thanks for the advice! I've been studying pretty much everything makwa's posted on dieting so far. Once I get it planned back out, is there anyone you could recommend me checking my diet with?
HOLD AAS
Complete your stats, please!
Thank you....
Also, I believe you've started a good thread...which is something that's not always seen here...
Timing of nutrient partitioning...knowing what, how and when to eat. If you're following Makwa's advice you should expect awesome results.
Eating is the hardest part...knowing how your body responds to the types of food you intake to meet the expectations of your BMR is key to growth. What's your metabolism like, fast, slow? What's your body type? You could be a mix of all 3. You have any baseline BW?
Hitting the gym 3 days in a row, will help tremendously, then, maybe two days off and 3 more on...from the looks of your pic, you're making progress...
I believe my BMR is in the high 1700's, I believe I am a mix of ecto and meso. My metabolism is pretty fast but I have a desk job. I believe I recently read a study that says if you're sitting down 8+ hours a day your body will start to burn fat differently. I'm not for sure on that though, I haven't checked to validate it as of yet. I do have BW I just have to hunt it down .
BMR = 1740 cal is your maintenence.
BMR w/activity = 2700 cal per day.
To add mass you can increase 250-500 cal per day. So, thats a max of 3200 cal per day. On cycle, this number would be higher. You just have to get your macros dialed in with what works for you.
If you're hitting the gym for 2 hours per day, 5 days per week, your routine should help negate sitting down at work. You could stretch, do sit to stands, work calves, even push ups if you need extra exercise, maybe.
How old is the BW?
The BW is like 6 weeks old. I'll have to get more done though as I can't seem to locate it. Also, any nutrition calculators you can recommend? I've been googling the amount of calories and such in most of my diet, however it's extremely inconvenient.
BW should be like keys on a keyring...
I just recently moved, so it's rough hunting everything down.
Get the Myfitnesspal app. Doesn't get any easier than that to track your cals/macros.
I've actually got that app. It makes it very easy to track the food you eat. However, it is still a bit difficult to use to plan a new meal plan or edit your current meal plan. Unless maybe it has features I'm not aware of. I'll admit I'm not consistent with checking it besides just adding in meals. Even that is difficult as I'm not very sure if the PRO version is worth investing in.
The best way would to make a post with the meal plan the when, what and how much . And say hey this is what my research has led my to . What do you guys say about it.
Edit..
Click my name. one of my threads, food for the day. Its what i eat every day. There also are some great comments in the thread from others.
Thanks!
Edit: After reviewing several meal plans I believe I actually found a replica of one I used to use! (It's a possibility that I may have even originally gotten it from here)
Meal 1 6 egg whites/1 whole egg. 1 cup of oatmeal
Meal 2 8 oz meat choice. 2 cups of white rice ( I season with Mrs. Dash, sometimes lemon pepper) 1 medium sweet potato
Meal 3 8 oz chicken breast, 2 cups of brown rice, asparagus
Meal 4 60 gram protein shake prior to workout, cup of almonds.
Meal 5 10 oz meat choice (red!!) 1 and 1/2 cup of brown or long grain rice, spinach salad with olive oil or balsamic v.
Meal 6 8 oz chicken or fish. 1 cup of broccoli
Meal 7 Low Fat cottage cheese or Greek yogurt with fruit added.
When and what times do you lift and exercise?
4:30 to 6:30 5 days a week
A.M. , or P.M.?
P.M.
I would increase low glycemic index carbs, and add in a little more protein of various types of animal meats. If the protein shake is neccessary, I'd include it with a meal of low glycemic carbs, plus meat protein. Monitor sugar intake, as well as simple CHO...stick with complex carbs. Monitor signs and systems of high estro as well as potential creeping signs of gynecomastia. You could add in a cheat diet once a week and see how that works. Carb cycling would be another option.
What's your social history? Drink ETOH, smoke, meds, vitamins, soups, etc?
So I'm not going to lie, when it comes to diet I am amateur at best. I understand the meaning of everything you stated, but I can't directly link that to my diet for some strange reason (Brain doesn't want to work I guess.). Monitoring for estro without subjecting to a blood test, the most common way is the feeling of hard tissue under your chest or a burning of the nipples, correct? Social history is pretty laid back, I had a back surgery back in 2008, I don't drink, dont smoke, I do chew tobacco, no meds, I do take caffeine and a couple of other vitamins. Sups, I simply have been sticking with a preworkout, and some protein as everything else I feel is pretty overhyped,I used to do a ton of Prohoromones back when they were a thing. I'm not sure what ETOH is.
Back surgery at 15? What happened, bro?
It was a scoliosis surgery, nothing to extreme got a bunch of screws in my spine plus some rods and such.
Do you still have left over AAS in your body? How long have you been off AAS?
ETOH is ethanol...since you don't drink, it's not a factor.
I'm concerned with what is still breaking down in your body, as I attempt to advise you on diet modification and your basic needs. This is why I mentioned sugar, CHO's, body type and metabolism.
It's been about a year or more since I've done any AAS. So, no I believe it'd all be out of my system by now.
Did you gain no weight at all eating this?
When I was doing it I did in fact gain weight. I was up to I believe 195ish. My current measurements, are the result of me sitting on my ass for a year not being able to do anything. My job is also not physically strenuous, I was able to perform one handed all year. It's a nice bulking diet, and the food tastes amazing if you cook it correctly.
I’m not going to give you a thumbs down for this because you’re being honest and respectful to other members.
However, you are on the young side to be running gear and it sounds like you’ve done a few cycles in the past. That being said, I think you should primarily work on your diet and training regimen right now. Once you lock those both then and you put on some more size that I was suggest thinking about a cycle.
Can you post up a picture?
I'd happily post one if I could figure out how! I've noticed people commenting some directly onto their posts but I can't seem to find an option to post a picture directly to the thread. I guess I'm not the most tech savvy. However, i'll be posting one I have handy as a profile picture here in a moment.
Dont believe it can be added to this thread. You will have to start one in the self picture section.
FortySIXand2Why Tren?
Honestly my reason for Tren is an ignorant one at best. The reason I would choose to use Tren is because I'm familiar with the side effects and how my body handles it. Unfortunately, I was extremely young [17] when I was introduced to the stack, being that young and ignorant it never even occurred to me that I would actually probably just be alright running a test only cycle or be better off running something less harsh. More or less I feel comfortable with the stack, and that's why I had previously chosen to stick with it.
FortySIXand2After careful research on tren...I personally have decided to outright avoid it.
Can't say I blame you there. The sides can be pretty brutal.
Achilles412Bill is right. No way you should be 160 after high tren runs. Hold off on tren and the other harsh compounds. Get a grasp on your diet and start off with some test only cycle. Then slowly add tren in on your second run. Diet is key good luck man
Thank you!
Achilles412Your welcome and when I meant add tren I meant only if you reallyyy want to. Personally I’d hold off for as long as possible
I believe everyone's advice is probably the best route to take, I can definitely agree that my body can still be taken a long way naturally before I plateau so I'll be staying natural for awhile. However, for future use I've been attempting to do research on test only runs. Everyone seems to agree that you should run 50 mg's of proviron daily split into 2 doses of 25, and that a good starting dose of Test e is 500mgs/wk in two shots a week. However due to everybody adding in either d bol or some other oral I cannot seem to pinpoint a very well thought out PCT plan, I'm hesitant to build one off of my own experience now due to my uncertainty in the way that I was taught and the information I had previously been given when I was younger. I attempted to use the search feature but still haven't came out with any luck on it. Do you know any good Forums that I could use for reference?
Keep it simple. Leave the d-ball for later. It will still be around when your ready.
Several tren runs and your 160?. Sounds like diet is off. Can't out drug a shitty diet.
Hey, I think I have heard that before.
I learn from the best
I'll admit, my diet wasn't always the greatest on cycle. The reason my weights dropped so much is I got in a pretty bad car wreck. Couldn't really lift my arm, much less a weight in the past year. And as you can imagine, everything including my diet has went to hell. Just trying to get back on the right track now.
No one is going to spoon feed you here. Use the search function . Do your research. Get back on track. Before tou jump back on the gear. There is a ton of good info on diet. One of the senior members makwa has several posts that will help you out with that. Do your research and come back with some real info. And a plan.
