AROMASIN dosage?

Im looking into AI's for my next cycle.
If anyone got any advice on dosages about Aromasin please let me know.
And what do you guys prefer Adex or Aromasin?

AnonAre you gyno prone? If yes go for aromasin + nolva ed during your cycle. If you are not gyno prone just do adex at 0.5mg eod. Aromasin is good cause you wont have any rebound to deal with also it mixes well with nolva when adex doesn't.

Not from roids just naturally i think or maybe creatine idk i got it when i was younger.
So i think i am prone to gyno.

AnonYou are defo gyno prone, either run letrozole 0.60mg-1.25mg eod or aromasin 12.5mg and 20mg nolva ed, better be safe than sorry. My suggestion would be to use letro before even you start your cycle else go for the other option. Whats your bf btw? Do you have the gyno when you are bellow 10%?
AnonFor my cycle im trying to minimize the water retention as much as i can because when i was on creatine i got bad acne and bloated alot.
So its either Letro or Aromasin ill be using for Gyno prevention and minimize water retention.

When i started researching steroids long time ago i started reading up on gyno and i remember when i was younger i had hard lumps behind my nipples but didnt know what they were...

AnonMake sure you take before pics and after. If you look closely at your before pics you might be able to see gyno lurking if you are prone. Also your bf doesn't help, you will convert a lot of estrogen. Either try and cut before the cycle a little bit or make sure you got some letro on hand. Also keep the diet clean throughout the cycle.
