arimidex causing joint pain?

ad

Whats up guys, had a question, started taking test e and eq and this is the first time I am taking arimidex on cycle at .5 eod, several cycles before, I havent ever had a gyno problem but decided to take the a.i. for bloating purposes to see how it works out. So, Pretty much since starting my cycle my elbow and shoulder have been killing me. I have been doing some reading up on arimidex and it seems to cause joint pain in some people, so I am going to stop it completely and see if it gets better, has anyone had a similar issue and should I just cut it out completely? I was also thinking of just maybe switching to test phenylprop and eq. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Thanks bro, I have cut out the arimidex 2 weeks ago and joints have started to feel better about a week later. I am going to lay off the ai for now and if I start again it will be at .25 every 2 to 3 days.

GH can also do that as can super low Estrogen levels (at least for me). I agree, some quick bloodwork will tell if it is low E.

anyone have any idea if I stop taking it how long for my joints to feel better

arimidex has a long half life, approx 50 hours, so youre looking at a minimum of 3 days before the low estrogen sides start to fully subside.

i did a big write up on the good, bad and ugly of arimidex a little while ago, i dont think most people are aware of the sides that can come from arimidex and some chalk it up to other things they are running.

Adex is known to cause joint pain in certain individuals without it being a result of low E2. It's one of the side effects of the medication. You need to control your estrogen so you need to have an AI, so my suggestion is to switch AI's. But before you do that you need to get blood work. You need to know where your estrogen is. Why would you try to adjust something like AI while being totally blind to your level of estrogen. That's a recipe for more problems.

How much test you taking? I can go up to 400-500 a week with no AIs and I feel great. Higher .25 twice a week does the trick. You need to find you sweet spot. Lower your dose until you start getting estro sides than increase slightly until you find you dose.

I am taking 375 mg test and 550 eq. Havent had issues before. Thanks

Sounds like you crashed your E2 levels, Try laying off the Adex for a week then maybe adjust to E3D
