ADex between last pin and PCT

ad

So I'm coming up to the end of my first cycle, test e 250mg twice weekly. Drew bloods at start of week six which saw elevated estrogen levels but nothing crazy. I had no related sides except for perhaps a little water retention.
After some deliberation I began taking Adex at .125mg daily for one week and .25mg eod the next week. I decided not to continue using AI the following week, I'd lost some water so thought it best not to crash my estro especially if I wasn't having any other issues.
My question is, should I take a low dose of Adex between last pin and PCT ensuring that I enter PCT with lowered E levels knowing that they will rise through PCT?
Appreciate any help.

Interesting about your signs and symptoms...my ankles would've been swollen and acne would've have been all over me. If you've gone this far and used your AI only two weeks, then keep monitoring for high estro sides (ie) more water retention, then follow the same process you did before...

What was your estradiol on the bloodwork you're mentioning in this phrase below:

Here's a link to what I posted after relieving bloods. Apparently the measurements used on my test are unfamiliar, Irongame has translated in the comments below my post.
With another week left on cycle I don't expect to see any sides but my question really was, would one benefit from entering PCT with lowered E levels? Cheers man

I remember your forum, now. Sounds like you're working well with the compound you have. Continue monitoring for S & Sx of high E2 and any notable estro rebound between last pin and PCT.

If understand this correctly, you took your AI during weeks 6 and 7 and then quit? Kind of confused on the timing of your AI. How long of a cycle are you running?

Hi, 12 weeks. Yes i had planned to only administer AI if I encountered problems/sides, wanted to see how I reacted to the test. After posting blood results and a few subsequent conversations I thought I'd start a low dose of Adex, after a couple of weeks I'd lost water and felt that I perhaps didn't need the Adex and maybe worried that if I continued then I'd start experiencing low E sides. Was this a dumb move?

kind of a dumb move. A better move would have been to start taking your planned dose of AI around week 4-5. Then after you have been on your AI a couple of weeks get your bloods done. This way you would be able to tailor your AI dose up or down based upon the bloodwork. Now you have gone through all this trouble and you have no clue on what your proper AI dose should be.

By the time you are experiencing sides due to estro problems it is to late, so don't base taking or not taking your AI based on sides, base it on bloodwork and be proactive instead of reactive. You are going to be starting over from scratch again if you decide to run another cycle.

Have a look at this.

Okay, thanks makwa. The opinions and advice on AI vary so much. Guess I'll do it your way next time, however I was pleased to get a read of my levels without dosing AI but perhaps I should have done this earlier and retested again a couple of weeks later after starting AI.
