Adex
Hi all, in the very early stages of planning my first cycle, still lots to research still loads to learn, though this place is definitely very helpful.
Brief history as I know you all like it!
36 yrs old
6' 2"
205 (ish)
17% BF (ish)
Been training (properly) for about eight years
Main goal is to improve strength though the added bonus of looking good naked is also an appeal.
Diet is pretty clean, don't know my macros, lots of fish, vegetables and simple carbs. Sugar is a bit of a vice however, whether it's fruit or chocolate, I do eat too much of it!
Many of you refer to Adex when talking about your on-cycle anti-oestrogen. Is there a specific "adex"? Arimidex appears to be popular, but would appreciate any opinions here, I don't plan on running anything other than test e alongside said adex, and finish with clomid and nolva.
What d'ya reckon?
Thanks

a low b/f and good diet will do as much as an ai at controlling e sides, some wont touch the stuff, personally i wouldnt cycle without it,aromasin is another you could consider, but with test adex should cover your ai needs.get that sugar vice under control ,lower sodium ,and start adex say 25mg every 2nd day and adjust from there.
Nice one
Arimidex is a brand/trade name for anastrozole.
What are you goals, cycle layout, etc.
If you don't know your macros... I suggest you figure them out. You can't be considering AAS if you don't have your diet down, it doesn't work that way.
Yep, I'm confident I'll have the right diet for the cycle, which is still a long way off. I plan to up the cardio a little and strip a little fat beforehand.
I'd kind of like to leave this stuff for when I post my proposed cycle and I'll try to be detailed and informative when I do. Right now I'd like to focus on the product and what I should be looking for in terms of quality, brand and manufacturer etc. This is the first forum I've come across where sources are made available and few people talk shit whereas most comments are informative. Want to make use of this valuable resource.
Alright bro, as long as you dial your diet in beforehand then you should be fine and I understand waiting to post up the cycle. A diet should be set before even ever thinking of cycling so good on you for that. You can check out the diet advice forum here and get a few pointers from some of the guys. Good luck in your research!
