Some acne is gonna happen if you are prone to it. It sucks, but there are ways you can minimize it. Get an AI called Exemestane/Aromasin. High estrogen can cause acne to spike mid cycle. Hormonal acne is one of the hardest to control, and a good AI is about all you can do about it.

For topical acne get this stuff from walmart by Clearasil called Persa Gel. It's 10 percent benzoyl peroxide, and it will help with the bacteria. It's pretty gentle, but can dry out your skin, and bleach clothing so don't get it on your favorite t-shirt.

Get a redness reducing lotion by Aveeno it's in a little pump bottle, and it has spf 15 in it. It'll keep your face hydrated during the day while you use the persa gel at night.

For face and back acne get a benzoyl peroxide face wash/scrub. Use it on your face and back in the shower. Use a gentle exfoliating cloth for your face. Don't scrub to hard with the exfoliating cloth it can break the skin if you scrub too hard. Also, if you dont have an exfoliating cloth don't use a regular wash cloth just use your hands to wash your face. If you can't reach your back get an exfoliating back scubber.

Just keep the skin clean 2 or 3 times a day Dial anti bacterial soap works good for the body. I usually break out worse during PCT for some reason. Not sure why. But It's well worth it. LOL
