Tren Liver IGF1

Recently attempted to start HGH and got bloods back with poor IGF1 showing. In the not so distant past I've long cycled tren and it got me questioning whether I've done some damage to my liver. I'm scheduled for a blood workup in the next few weeks to determine if that's the case but it brought up a couple of questions.
1) With tren being so potentially hepatoxic, would taking GH with it at the same time be a waste of GH due to the liver's decreased ability to convert GH into IGF1?
2) If that's the case, would the old stand by's of NAC and Milk Thistle be enough to balance your enzymes enough to keep the conversion going?

... Although the expression level and steroid-binding ability of total androgen receptors were not changed by silymarin, its nuclear levels were significantly reduced after silymarin treatment. Generally, silymarin could negatively modulate androgen action in prostate cancer cells.
So if its affect the androgen receptors in the prostate i think it should effect the androgen receptors in the muscles aswell. Not sure if it makes a difference in reality but tudca is better anyways.
Heloooo44tren and hgh and synergistic, i think tren increase the sensitivity of satelite cells in the muscle.... at the end tren makes the igf1 you have more potent, so both together work great.
nac and tudca is better then milk thistle. I heard a few times that milk thistle reduce androgen receptors or make them less sensitive.
