To Test or not to Test, that is the question...maybe Mast?
Hey Group, gotta first thank everyone one this site for being incredible and very knowledgeable on the subject of AAS. I believe this site should be required research for anyone going into sports medicine or the medical field in general.
Here's the deal, about to run my first cycle. Its gonna consist of 600ml a week of test e for 12 weeks pinned 300 2x a week. Haven't started yet and here's why: My over all goal is to get shredded. I've seen some amazing results from tweaking my diet and had some good strength gains but cant seem to break that "barrier" in getting that hard ripped look. My own personal test seems to be working and doing what it should do ( holding a great pump from my friday work out still!!). Should I shut down my own supply if things are still working ok? Or should I do an alternate AAS like Mast that may get me to my goal without the added water and size. I know the smart way to go is to first do a Test E run but will it take me to the next level?
Every and all responses will be really appreciated

you've got the right idea for that first cycle being test only. i like the dose and i like to hear newer guys say things like:
as far as barriers go, that's unfortunately a very natural thing that everyone must go thru. when my clients hit their barriers with lean goals, we would always shift the emphasis with nutrition and weights. tweak the carb intake and the intensity of the workouts. ex. substitute some carbs for proteins and the rest for complex. last meal zero carbs. in the gym, weights would go to lighter and higher reps with shorter between set recovery periods. some may even need to incorporate interval training with the cardio or follow strength training with low-level cardio. just depends on the individual and how they've responded thus far. but you see my point?
the body composition is controlled predominately by the stimulus. that stimulus is the stresses imposed thru training. to repair and recover/rebuild, raw materials are needed - hence the diet. now these are the processes that control how our body changes. the hormones we add to the equation only accelerate those processes. the stimulus and the raw materials remain the building blocks.
so keep that emphasis in the gym and the kitchen. don't add another compound. a low test dose and the right training/diet will have you bulldozing that barrier in no time, brother
Chaz32621What a great post bro!
Thanks. So stay with the Test and continue tweaking the diet and training. I can do that? My own test feels high Im going for blood work monday to confirm that but will the additional test add to my own or will I need to add more to compensate for the expect shut down of my own production?
You've got it man. Those bloods you're doing now are gonna be very valuable to you when you do your future pct's. You'll know exactly how hard you were shutdown and where you need to be recovery wise.
Always learning/reenforcing from you Doss. +1
