Haven't tried either besides superdrol clones and always heard rumors about how anadrol bloats so I stayed away from it, but to kick start a cycle is anadrol or superdrol more suitable for bulking when in calorie surplus and is superdrols sides worth it

Superdrol is a better all around steroid. I have used both multiple times. The severe bloat and water weight from anadrol kills it for me. Superdrol is clean and lean. Packs on mass and you know what you are gaining. With anadrol you are just guessing.
Being a designer steroid gave superdrol a bad name when it came out in stores. But no second guessing. Superdrol is an amazing compound.
I personally loved superdrol when I ran it this past cycle. Amazing strength gains with no bloat

Anadrol doesn't bloat for everyone. And you have had Superdrol clones and hint you've had sides- more info about how the clones effect you would help here. Cycle history and experiences with other orals (dbol for example) would help, as well as what it is you're planning to run for this cycle. May not even need an oral kickstart... more info needed
Need to know alot more about your cycling history. Niether may be appropriate for you.

It works great for me but if the dose is too high I get some lethargy,,which is uncommon for me with oral AAS.

This is a simple question to answer, I think if he has to ask this question then he definitely is not knowledgeable to be running a cycle yet...
It seems like no research has been done, literally a few minutes reading could answer this question he has asked.
