Red face when on a cycle
ad
Does anyone here get a red face when on a cycle? I know the red face may come from increased red blood cells and hormonal circumstances may cause this.
Any solutions?

Yeah I'm red every cycle too. I thought it was high bp.
God damned commie
Lol
firebossIm red every cycle.
I turned red last cycle, first time it ever had that effect. If I pushed a finger against my pec, it would leave a fingerprint for a few seconds. Bp was normal...looked like a mild sunburn.
RustyhookerBlood test? Estro? Rbc?
Well I think you answered it yourself - RBC count. It also gives you a red neck :). Never got red faced by using winny and small amounts of test, while takin drol & dbol ...
Test + 3 orals................. care to share how you put that stack together, i.e how long was the total cycle and which weeks the differing orals were slotted in, and the length of each oral please....
!!!! Never took test + 3 orals.(Infact I have never run 2 orals in one cycle). I was making a comparison between anabolics when I run test, winny, var, deca never had red face. When I do dbol or drol I look like a tomato. Sorry if my english was unclear:)
Like everyone else has said, it most likely boils down to blood pressure. I notice I look more tan and my skin takes on a more red/tan hue when running compounds notorious for raising rbc, eq anadrol tren ect
Check your Blood Pressure....
Idk why but this used to happen to me back before I ever used gear. Face would be beat red in the gym everytime and I genetically have low bp and my rbc hemo and hematocrit were always normal when I went for a physical. I also had bad acne at the time, do you suffer from moderate facial acne? That's the only difference between then and now. Even when I'm on gear now I don't get the red face like I did when I was natty. It was weird, my dad used to accuse me of being on steroids back then because of it and I had never touched them lol. Shit just changes overtime, like I used to sweat like a pig and I mean really bad it would pour off me and my intensity was half of whah it is now. Now I break a mild sweat with much higher intensity very short rests, super sets, drop sets, high intensity cardio etc. i don't understand it. I overheat big time because of it, think there something wrong with me lol.
When I started gear I did get facial acne, but I rarely do nowadays.
I think by the time I'm half way through a cycle, the red has subsided somewhat.
You should have a blood pressure monitor at home. If you don't, they're $50 on Amazon. Order one ASAP.
X2. And make sure you get one with a xl cuff. Take it to a clinic for a blood pressure check and compare results to be sure its accurate. I took mine in and it was reading 20-30 points higher
Interesting, was it because the cuff was too small or because it was a monitor fault?
To add to this, make sure the doctors are using an appropriate sized cuff (for many of you that is an XL). I have had instances in the past where nurses where using a cuff that was too tight and I as well had reading coming in at approximately 25 points higher than my own monitor at home. After switching, my readings where measuring accurately.
The last Doctor I visited recommended an XL cuff for anyone whose upper middle arm is over 15" for what it's worth. Also of note, do not measure BP immediately after eating, smoking, consuming alcohol, or exercising.
It was the cuff. I was 140/90 it was reading 170/95 which freaked me out. 140/90 is higher than I'd like to be anyways. Got it under control trol now but it definitely opened my eyes
My normal BP is around 128-32/82, which is higher than "normal" but is considered normal levels for me by my physicians. How did you manage to lower it to a normal threshold, if you don't mind me asking?
I'm relegated to bp meds now unfortunately. Genetics. Thanks mom.
I hear you. My entire side of the mothers family has BP and cholesterol issues
RustyhookerCan also be estrogen. You got bloods done?
Def could be too.
Getting them done next week.
