Red Face on Test-E

ad

I've got a sunburn looking face in wintertime. Its my First cycle, Hulks Test-E 600mgs/week only. I know its more likely related to elevated RBC. Anyway to combat this? Im getting a full blood panel test tomorrow, 6 weeks in on cycle. A friend recomended spray tanning?? Can excessive estrogen cause this?? I would definetely appreciate anyone wtih experience on this issue!

I read some where if you give blood it'll help. Not too sure about it tho. Think it supposed help lowering rbc's.

I get tomato face from B3 ( niacin). I now take all my B vitamins separately.

Constant red face. Whole body, more notably my face has swelled while on cycle, assuming estro to blame. I have an AI on hand(anistrozal) but have NOT used it. Was waiting to see where my Bloods land me at to start using AI.

Very interesting read Smile When I get my Bloods back i'd be interested in hearing your opinion on what dose of Anastrozal to take(Wish i had aromasin, next time!). I have a 1mg/ML-30mg total Oral from Hulk. FR sent!

Just got back. 136/78, 66 BPM, tested at 7:30pm - usually in bed around 9-10pm. 7g Creatine dailly. Wont know my estro levels until I get my blood panel test back (few days). Ill try and keep away from salts? If its just an increase in RBC, i dont think i have much to worry about, ill just get the spray tan to get rid of the redness. Mainly concerned about health risks. Ill post bloods asap (about 2 days)

And as for spray tan that wnt get rid of the problem high bp is a silent killer gta get that shit in check.everyone on juice gets raised blood pressure but red head is aymtoms of high bp not good

Im going down to the machine in my grocery store. I checked not to long ago and it said within normal, but ill get exact numbers to post. Havent used ai yet, I have anastrozal on hand, getting full blood panel tomarrow at 6 week mark.

High bp changes over the day you could be fine at 4,5,6 o clock than hit 9,10 o clock and it could of got quite high.its allways higher at the end of the day.try green tea 3-4 cups a day can help also hawthorn berrys and co enzyme Q 10,vitamin c 500-1000 mg daily, and make sure your drinking a shit load of water helps to store less water which will help keep bp down.also if you have a red hed ryt after workout or for a hour after that can be normal but if its just red head when your sitting about probz high bp

spartacus91's picture

Its high bp try dropping your salt intake while on juice you store a lot more salt that can cause high bp so if your diets not in check it can cause bp problems.also high estro and high rbc can cause this what ai you running and what dose ? High amounts of creatine like 10g daily can cause bp problems for some not as often as the ova stuff above duz tho.

I know it might seem irrelevant but what are your stats: height
weight
body fat
age
these can play a factor in this stuff.
also have you been checking your blood pressure?

Checked BP at the machine at the grocery store less than a week ago, said it was within normal range. I'd have to go back down to get the actual numbers, dont remember them.
