Quick Thoughts
Hello,
Longtime lurker first time poster. I'm a 37 year old male that recently got my second set of labs done. In the last year I was able to double my testosterone natty to 480.5ng/dl at 238 lbs. and a bf% of 23%. I'm now down another 18 pounds and personally thought my test number would be WAY lower. I've done a lot of different test's in my younger days and put on 73 pounds once in a calendar year.
Here's my question?? Why does 480ng/dl still feel like 150ng/dl? Secondly at 220 lbs and roughly 18% bf% what can I run safely for mental and physical motivation? Finally what kind of reading on the test would be good for someone like me and my goals?
My thoughts on a number that I'm comforatable with would be between 800-1,100ng/dl to prevent aromataze till i'm under 13% bf and help with recovery and all the other wonderfull benefits you get with test?

A... at less than 500 your not going to change into the big green monster.
B... 18% BF keep trucking in the right direction you will make it.
C... A marathon can be run for mental and physical motivation
That's great that you saw so much increase in natty test levels.
There are way too many things that could have you feeling tired to narrow it down to testosterone.
thebigzigI got my thyroid in order but the big one was getting off opiates and dropping the booze.
thebigzigI know I know I know but I want it now. I've ran countless cycles in my younger days at this bf% with little to no sides and they were massive and stupid. Never did labs and so on. Really want to go by the book on this. You think a 2 week on off on cycle of clen to get to sub 14% first would be better.

Your thoughts versus 4.5billion years of being a human. I dont recall you posting bloods before. Have you talked to your dr first?
"Feel"..... your feel isnt going to be accurate. Which again is where bloods are needed. Stress alone can mess with "feel". Overthinking as well. Hows your free test values? SBGH? Estro? Liver etc etc etc
Many things dealing with daily feel can also be attributed to diet as well. Micronutrients, carbs, etc.
Hopefully youre seeing that this is a huge question and its gotta be narrowed
Looks like he is looking for a cosign to self medicate
thebigzigLooks like you spend a lot of time on here getting lied to. I'm working my ass off after a very long hiatus and want to do a very low dose of gear to help me train and recover. When was the last time you were sub 500dl in your readings Rusty? I will get free range readings later today.
RustyhookerMight be. But without the bigger picture any move could be an error.
thebigzigI've had little to no sides in the past so would a couple cyp's a week really be a cause for concern at my BF%? When would you say would be the cusp of a comfortable BF% given liver, cholesterol and everything else is fine at this time? Like I said I'm not looking to justify anything and I'm genuinely asking a question here.
RustyhookerYou just answered the cosigner question. I clearly posted the roadmap you need
