post injection pain. "trouble shooting"
Hey bros, listen I know pip is a friggin pain in the ass, unless u do quad injections....then its (u guessed...a pain in the leg). BUT I may have some tips to minimize it. I have studied and practiced I'M injections under supervision of professionals, right around the time of my first cycle, so I asked more questions than the other students naturally, since I felt like a donkey kicked my ass at the time (first test E shot) ANYWAY...to put it simply, when you push down the plunger and oil is injected into muscle tissue what happens is the oil makes room for itself since room did not exist previous to the injection. The concentrated stream of oil pushes muscle fibers aside causing mild trauma (on a micro level). Its forced between the tissue fiber thus causing a response by ur immune system and pain is a natural side effect to inflammation, which ur also causing first hand by forcing the steroid there. Essentially this is the cause of the pain. I KNOW I know...then why do some roids hurt n others don't? Its true some types cause more pain than others. But if you can minimize the trauma pain then u will be able to deall with the mild pain from the steroid itself. So here is my evidence based/ experience based practices to reduce pain........1) USE NEW NEEDLE, this will cause least amount of damage to tissue when entering muscle. 2) WARM OIL, either place vial or syringe filled withdose in front of a space heater or heating vent, microwaving I wouldn't recommend due to the molecular damage microwaves are thought to create, notice how oil becomes more "liquidy" when warm it thins it out like melted butter thus making it easier to get between fibers, trust this is KEY. 3) SLOWLY SLOWLY SLOWLY INJECT, and if ur coordinated enough turn the syringe as u slowly slowly inject, the slower u go the easier the oil can seep into tissue without causing fiber trauma, I'm talking go like 60 - 90 seconds for a 1cc shot. Also slowly turning it as u inject will spread the oil over a larger surface area, the bevel on the end makes it so when u push plunger, the oil shoots out to the side, so by turning it u will be injecting in a circle (try shooting water out of it and notice how it goes to one side) so instead of forces oil all in one spot...let it seep over a bigger area. This is a huge factor in reducing pain. The bevel may tear the fibers some but it won't hurt as bad as forceing an oil into one spot like a bubble. 4) PRESS DOWN WITH TWO FINGERS ON INJECTION SITE, spread the skin while pressing down to minimize the subcutaneous layer thus gettin directly to muscle, this is more for safe injection than pain since u don't wanna inject into subQ layer (waste) ..........so that's what I've learned...I'm prolly missing something but I know u guys will help. The main thing is understanding what's happening when u inject an oil into ur muscle tissue...u want it to go in ninja stealth mode so as not to cause a ruckus. Don't upset the enviroment and the enviroment won't upset you. The prop in my glute is hurting...by I'm still doing squats...if I. Didn't take precautions to thin it, spin it, and take my time I wouldn't be able to walk. So it helps. That's my experience..it might help some of you, might not. One love eroids!

Great post! Make a lot of sense too.
Nasty81NateGood post bro, very informative
+2 from me.
AnonTake some advil
shower before
massage and heat throughout the day- I like icy hot patches
get a pinning rotation
I pin 25g even though a lot of people go with 23
warm the gear to thin the oil
inject slowly
Heating the oil and taking a hot shower rite before I pinn helps me tremendously.
x 2 ....more than anything else.
