Painful moment

I just got done pinning 1ml of test. I attempted at first to pin my left quad but it was having none of that and decided when the needle was half way in "Hey this is a great time to have an awesome twitch."
That hurt a ton. I ended up pinning my left pec instead. I did a leg day yesterday. Could that be the reason my quad twitched?
Any thoughts or opinions would be lovely.

WithdrawlMy quads are so much more sensitive than any other of my injection sites. I'll get that twitch from time to time as well.
On a side note...When I saw your post I saw "Painful Moment" and "Gerbil" next to each other and I thought the worst, lol. Thought it was going to another gerbil stuck in the butt thread.
Wow, and I thought my mind was in the gutter.
I have thought this brother was pretty brave the whole time to choose GERBIL as a screen name... LOL
Same thing happened to me the other day. Got pin about a 1/4 inch into quad and BAM, my muscle twitched and the needle darn near flew out of my hand. Bled like a SOB. Put a bandaid on it and moved it up an inch and it went in just fine.

Pinned quads till now and the pec was an interesting feeling to say the least. Plus I only have 1.5 inch pins so it takes a ridiculously steady hand. Just ordered more needles but they are on the way. Next week I will hit the other pec then delts.

I twitched today while pinning it was in all n luckily it didnt hurt lol.
I guess twitching is down to nerves i would of thought?
