Pain from Glute injections

ad

So I've been pinning Test E 2x a week now for about 3 months and I always inject into my right glute. It just started to get a painful knot that won't go away and I don't think it's an abscess because there is no bruising, I don't have a fever or any redness. It is just a painful knot that is the size of a golfball but with more of a cylindrical shape to it. My guess it is just an irritated muscle that needs some injection spot cycling since I only pin that spot. Any thoughts on what it is?

Agreed at least alternate glutes and thats bare minimum...also i find cutting 50/50 with gso or cso can help reduce pip and knotting as well as providing a smoother pin session but please keep in kind if you mix 50/50 it also doubles the volume u have to pin

Also i dont think anyone can say definitively what it is...I can say though that ive had a few lumps in the past and theyve all went down/away after two-four weeks but thats just my experience everyone differs

You need to alternate sites mate, you've probably got a build up of oil etc. Why are you using only one glute?

Yeah I think it's just a build up of oil that is irritating my glute.
