For an enhanced athlete few factors are to be taken in consideration for the muscle gain. All are equally important for the progress:
resistance training with progressive overload,
correctly balanced nutrition,
rest (sleep),
correct dose and combination of AAS.
By monitoring all of these aspects your muscles won't have a choice as to adjust to current regime and increase in size so that body can cope with progressive overload strategy implemented in your workouts.
Now, since damage has been created to your muscles, to speed up the recovery AAS substances are taken by weight lifters to speed up a recovery phase. So whether you are including weight lifting training that day or not, synthetic hormonal substances are needed by your body for your faster recovery from you previous training sessions. Also by calculating the half life of each particular substance and administrating it at the right timings, you are creating a constant, equal flow of the synthetic hormone in your bloods. The only thing that you would need to be monitoring closely on the days you do not commit your weight training session is your nutrition.
So if all of these factors mentioned above are taken in consideration and done correctly you will achieve your desired results Sir.
I can't believe people even still ask this question.. Steroids are there to help you recover more effectively and faster, so why wouldn't you take them on a rest day which is all about recovery? Its like saying should I still eat protein on rest days...
I train 4 days on and 1 day off in between .. usually chest and tri's, legs and core, back and bi's, then shoulders... one day off then back on chest and tri's, etc...
you make the gains when you get the right amount of rest so why wouldnt you take it on those days. if youre going to do this do it right dont try and find a way to save some chump change and put your levels in jeopardy

What is this "rest " muscle and how do you train it?
RustyhookerDid you answer anything yet on prior posts?
What is this rest day you speak of?
Must be a part timer!
I train 4 days on and 1 day off in between .. usually chest and tri's, legs and core, back and bi's, then shoulders... one day off then back on chest and tri's, etc...
Ah, similar to my routine at this time. I've heard tale of this "rest" before. But have yet to experience it for myself.
Lol

Very good point... thank you sir!
Exactly... rest is as important to gains as the gym
In order to keep your bloods stable you want to continue to take the orals everyday... even on rest day bro
Thank you so much, sir!
Yes sir
TronYou've gone into too much detail and description on the specifics of your question for me to comprehend exactly what it is that you're talking about.
