You probably don't want to hear this, but Primo is typically used when guys with already low bodyfat (< 10%) are dieting to burn fat so that they don't lose muscle mass. If it's your first cycle, I wouldn't use it unless you're not interested in getting any bigger. It's not the most effective muscle builder in my experience.

If you are dead set on using it (it will be expensive to do a whole cycle), I would at least stack it with test and an oral such as anavar to increase the effect you're looking for.

it depends on what the potency is off the gear. Lets say that your vial obviously has 10 ml in it. if the dosage is say primo 200 and you want to run 400 a week, than you would inject 2 cc's per week. Whatever the potency is is how much is contained in one cc or ml. cant say how many bottles you would need. gotta post the potency of your product your looking at and also what dosage you exactly want to run in a weeks time. if its primo 100 and your gonna run 200 a week. just do the math. youll need 2 ml a week. 10 in a bottle so one vial would give you 5 weeks.
