There is a new blood testing service available for residents of NJ/PA:
milestonehealthdirect.com
This is huge for residents of NJ as most of the testing services recommended on these forums cannot be used by NJ residents currently. This one can. Check it out if you live in that footprint.

BlackOPS317Looks like you still have to go to PA for the tests. Is that what you found as well?
Most of their draw sites are in PA but they do have a few in South Jersey as well.
BTW, the website is not very mobile friendly so view it on your desktop if possible.
