Masteron uses?

ad

I've recently taken possession of mast 100. I've never used this compound and from what I've read its mostly effective when ran with a low bf%. What bf% should one be at before reaping the benefits of mast?

Mast is a 1-trick pony for me. I really don't see a need for it other than contest prep. Get down to 6% or lower and watch the graininess pop in your muscles.

I think you'll hear a lot of people say you should be at 12% body fat or less to reap all of the benefits of Mast. At higher body fat, it is still playing it's part as a mild aas, helps some as an anti-e, but you won't see the nice dry aesthetic benefits with higher body fat.

Under 10 I'd say. The lower the better, you see it's magic happening faster. Deeper cuts, harder muscles, and striations. The tren ace results without the "tren" look.

I guess this isnt for me since ive never been below 14% and that was years ago. Im a fluffy 18-20% @ 230 atm so I guess I'll just shelve it or pass it along and stick with the Tren A. I seem to get the best results from a 10-12 weeker of this magical elixer.

Iv been there (18%) and cycled and it helped but it wasn't a CYCLE. When u dropped to (10-11%) and ran Test/EQ/Var, that was a CYCLE. I felt great, saw the results, gains, vascularity, skin tightness, and shredding right before my eyes. So in my opinion what I suggest to people before they go for cycles, recomp cycles, and etc is to literally just cut weight and do the cardio 45-1hr each day until you reach a leaner physique even if you're smaller. Then blast away and actually enjoy the cycle. Bottom line, when you're lean and cycle it's so much more enjoyable and since you see it right before your eyes and not under a layer of fat, you actually see yourself pushing yourself harder.
