Revised: Read some articles online about how to do this, but there was a lot of variation. Is there a common method used by most? Feel free to fr and pm me if ud like.

Put some chicken in a pan then pour the powder on it fk it dump it all on there because you wanna get swoll right? Then let it cook for about 5 mins then eat that shit bro
