Liquid anavar crystal question

Ok dumb question, but do I need to eat the crystals? I've heated it up, an shook the shit out of it, some of the crystals went away but theres still quite a bit. Do I need to be eating these crystals or is taking the solution good enough?

WithdrawlAnavar doesn't really dissolve so the crystals are it. Shake the hell out of it and draw it up right away.
