Have you got any bloodwork drawn before and/or after dosing with the letrozole?
No I have not yet.
Letro was legit though. Ended it today and been on Nolva for two weeks now. No real improvements so far.

On the 5th week of test E cycle right now. Going on for 10weeks total.
it's very possible. I've had one lump almost completely subside while the other barely changed. Just depends on how long you let it go. Keep an eye on your estro levels and how you feel and if u can give it more time or slightly increase the dosage if you can without crashing your levels. Otherwise, live and learn and prep better.
need more info, starting with stats, cycle history etc, what compounds were you using that caused the gyno? how long have you been running the letro at 2.5mgs a day? is it pharma? ugl? tablet or liquid? is the "gyno" a lump or lumps? how long have you had these symptoms? is it painful? etc etc we cant read minds mate.

On my first Test E @ 500mg cycle and 2 weeks later lumps under nipples appeared. Was using Armidex .5mg ED since beginning cycle as well.
Had Cem liquid letro on hand and tapered up to 2.5mg a day for 2 weeks now and nothing. I AM having sore joint sides but not that bad. Started nolva @ 50mg few days ago with the Letro and still nothing. lumps are the same size and they never were sore/ itchy ether. Will have pharma letro very soon. Small round lump right under right nipple. Left nipple lump is right above the nipple and flattish not round, and I feel like THAT lump did get smaller but not by much.

run your pharma letro for 15 days at 2.5mgs a day, day 10 add in nolva at 40 mgs a day for 20 days.
Thanks. That's actually the route I'm doing. Just started the nolva. Should I start up armidex 1mg Ed after the letro And continue on with the cycle?
no mate, dont use any other ais, 15 days on letro is the standard but if yo think its bad gyno you can go 20, the overlap with nolva is the important part, when the rebound kicks from letro the nolva will be fighting harder to protect your nips.
also must add this only kills lumps when your not on a cycle, you need to be clean from any steroids for it to work fully.
Well shit, I'm on my 8th week of test e.
The gyno is mild but still noticeable and worse in right nip. Very puffy with lump.
In your opinion, should I drop the test e and jump into pct continuing the nolva with adding clomid in? Because clearly the Letro did not do a damn thing for me while on this cycle.
Sounds like your letro is either poor quality or all out bunk.
How's your libido, at that dose it should be non existant.
I'd drop the nolva and start a fresh with the pharma you got on route. I'd get some pharma adex as well. If the lumps are soft, it should be fixable.
It's been two weeks now since starting Pharma Letro 2.5mg ED and no changes. Puffy nips and Lumps are still present. Sore joints and shitty mood and it sucks. Should I drag on or just drop whole cycle and start PCT ?
Blood test brother, you need to see where your estrogen and prolactin , if you are running something else beside test(DECA or tren) ,get you blood done,post it on the lab section and people will help you out.
Been looking into getting bloods done. Sucky part is I'm only running Test E 500 every week. But I will try to get a blood test done asap. Thinking about dropping cycle real soon :(
It's OK I got gyno flares from 250mg , but letro always does its part.
And yes, with the blood test you will now for sure what it is going on.
Yeah it sucks. I had really high hopes for the letro.
Do you think it could be progesterone based gyno and that's why letro had no effect? They aren't leaking and I haven't squeezed.

it's Fempro letrozole and I'm having the shitty sides so I believe it's legit. Also I don't touch the nips too much only once a week to check for progress.

That's what I'm hoping. Libido is up and down. Can get the wood but definitely not as often as before. But I am on test e so maybe that's helping with it.
That's the plan so far, should be here in the next day or so. Also have some more pharma adex on the way too.
Lumps are pretty soft. Any idea on why the pharma adex didn't prevent this since the beginning? Also, adex with or without letro?

Gyno lumps are of several types and some might not be associated with steroid use. Some guys have natural tendency towards it during puberty. Unless a complete story is defined, there is nothing to say
