just a few questions guys....
Just wanted to give everyone a hello since i'm a new member. Been reading some threads in various forums and I am very impressed with the knowledge of the members of this site. I was also wondering if anyone could help me out with a problem of mine. First i'll give you my stats currently i'm 22 years old 5'7 with an okay diet and I have 5+ years of lifting experience. About a year and a half ago I was in a terrible car accident that left me with deviated discs in my back and neck, after that it was hard to get back into lifting the way I used to be.. In my prime I weighed 175 and had about 6% body fat. I lost a lot of weight because of pain medication and not being able to eat. Currently I weigh 145 and consume about 3500 calories a day just to maintain my weight. My body isn't what it used to be but slowly I can feel myself recovering. Basically i'm ready to get on cycle and am just wondering what I should take to gain back most of my weight as I feel i'm stuck where I currently am. Been lifting constantly for the past 6 months after a year off from the gym due to my accident. Did one cycle of test around when turned 20 but only did it for 8 weeks at 250mlg's per week.

WithdrawlMax yourself out naturally first. Get yourself built up as much as you can, then use steroids to break through your natural limit. Too many people decide to take a shortcut with steroids and lack the discipline, knowledge, and experience to maintain their gains. Then begins the viscous cycle of getting bigger in a short amount of time, then losing it all. Rinse and repeat. I see it all the time. I've even seen several guys get in WORSE shape over the years from doing steroids because they've conditioned themselves to only train and eat seriously while they're on steroids, and become lazy and unmotivated when they're off.
22 is too young my man. You're going to do yourself long term damage. We don't advocate the use of AAS to under 25s as a rule of thumb.
I'm also going to tell you that if you eat 3500 calories per day and weigh 145lbs you should go and get your thyroid function checked as either its over active or you don't eat anywhere near as much as you think.
AnonIts funny how many ppl say they eat around 3500 calories i beleive this is due to the fact its the standard requires caloric intake for body builders aiming to gain weight!? Seeeeriously! Beleive it or not!! U can pump urself full of primo tren dbol test deca etc etc your not goin to gain much muscle weight if ur not eating enough!! Take a look in the nutrition forums.. Find a way to up ur calories and weight til ur a bit older before doin roids..
AnonIf ur only eating to 'maintain' your current weight steroids wont help much.. Eat more gain more
