Front delts are pretty easy to hit. Just use mirror and avoid any obvious veins. I inject towards top of front delt its where I have fewest veins.

Those heads are about even thirds along the anterior of the arm, if your bf is around 8% or lower you may see the striation, that back head is almost impossible to hit straight on doing it yourself, and if you've been blowing up for a while I wouldn't try bro. The front and center still gives you 4 pins in your rotation. you can check out human dissection images to see the nerve clusters. Best if viewed from the pectoral opening for the back head. It should have whatever you need although the internal search engine is rough at best, below that is a link to a pic of the back Delt and Trap, the end of the back head is directly over the bone, the mild protrusion of the bone is almost exactly the area your aiming at for the back head. hope it helps.

yeah, i usually reach around and hit rear delt these days as there is less scar tissue

where to inject.

Not trying to bust your balls, but it's injection site, not sight. Unless your ass or other pinning site is growing an eye, your terminology is incorrect.
