Infection or normal?

ad

Im approx 1/3 way through a test vial. Prior to this vial I have finished vials of *edited* testosterone injected into deltoid and all mostly without issue.

The place I ordered the vial Im using now, test vial, was a little questionable throughout the shipping, though it may or may not have anything to do with this.

Anyways, yesterday I went to inject my typical .75ml (cc?) of supertest in my delt, when I aspirated I seen that it pulled back what appeared to be some white puss. That was my left shoulder, I have not had pain or anything before that, I usually avoid my left arm ever since I had an experience of finding out what it means when you hit resistance and then it clicks through and then another identical resistance and click through (blood squirt like the movies no joke, that clicking is a vein).

So, my right has been getting the most attention for the last 3 weeks or so. After seeing the puss I pondered throwing the stuff away and calling it pct time, but then resorted to getting new needle and doing it in my right arm. Well, now I have like small blisters over the area I injected on right arm, it probably would shoot a horse load on the mirror if I poked it.

The verification code came back good on the test lab site, but the label on the vial appeared discolored on the sticky side and was pretty easy to remove myself so that could mean nothing with the code. I always use clean needles, one to pull and another to inject. I swipe alcohol swabs on vial prior and my arm. Havent had an issue with any of the other vials before. But this one Im wondering if its a bunk vial. Any one have anything like this or know the outcome? Obviously I should see doctor for best results, forgive me for coming here instead, the dr is not doable at the moment, unless im dying but even then i may settle for tylenol.

Geesh that just sounds bad wonder what happened

If you start having white puss goes to the doctor without hanging out it's an infection. And balance your flask too

First off its " super test"
High dose hero gear and your pinning it into basically your smallest muscle ( delts) and not rotating.

You need to re learn about rotation.
You shouldnt pin the same muscle more than once in a minimum of ten days imo, the longer the better.
Especially using long esters there is no need.
Infact i learnt a long while ago to not even bother with delts on long estered cycles.

You need to stop.
Oral anti biotics likely wont cut it you likely need iv.
If your desperate you can try oral ones but you seriously need to pound them atleast double dose.

Your gonna have scar tissue build up even after you sort it out and even in years to come will have pain and infections when pinning your delts.
Ill bet your one of those dudes that favours delts all the time.

Just stop.
Go get checked and fixed by a dr.

Pct or whatever and just stop.
You need to go back to the basics.
Learn, read, research.

Gear is garbage throw it away!

Sorry for keeping this going, you all have been really helpful and I do appreciate it. With all of this being an experience for me, I have to ask, if gear was contaminated or "dirty" in some way, would it cause reactions consistent with each injection? Im wondering because if it is not consistent, and some injections have no surprises but a few do, would it be more likely that it is something else? Perhaps shatty needs from china that claim to be sterile etc?

notit's picture

If I was going to buy from a UGL there is some steps i would take after receiving it. 1. I would look at it. Flash light out and shake it a few times.(if crashed I would fix that 1st and let cool) 2. I would filter that shit into a clean sterile vial while it was cool(room temp. Heating it would make it go faster but I would think cool would be mo better). 3. I would vent it with a pin and heat that shit just hot enough and long enough to kill anything I don't want living in me. Before doing that I would check my oven with several thermometers to see if temp setting is correct. While doing all of this i would be wearing sterile gloves cleaning anything alcohol wont eat with alcohol and the rest with hydrogen peroxide. After all of this your gear can still be shit but at least but it will be clean shit. There is some other things I would consider but that is already too much.

notit's picture

I wouldn't know that. I would guess there is a few more steps.

JackBeNimble's picture

In all fairness he did say IF he was going to buy from UGL, then he would.... yall are too harsh, now im -10 lol. Must be the roidrage yall crazy

Must be the roid rage yall crazy

At least we got the good gear. You?

notit's picture

That is not a sure thing. I know of a #1 source that used coffee filters and you are lucky if they washed their hands after banging a tranny hooker.

Got flamed after it went out of business. You never know what you are getting unless you are there.

JackBeNimble's picture

Dude. Thank you very much for taking the time to write this and with the steps enough so that I can at least know what to look for when searching. You definitely have gave me a step in the right direction, cant thank you enough. I see you are new here too, hopefully this post gets you positive karma points. I have somehow racked up negative 6, but if you at least receive positive karma then Ill know the karma thing isnt all fd up and maybe I did deserve my bad karma. Anyways, thanks again for the response. Hopefully someday I can repay with knowledge gained in some way.

notit's picture

I don't give a fuck about karma. Just hope it helps. This site has a ton of good information on it. Run though the forums and read all the highlighted posts.

JackBeNimble's picture

Thank you all for the advice on this. I am new here and am happy to see people help each other. Somehow Ive already got -6 karma points not sure why but i promise im not doing anything bad or with intentions of bad. Is there a way to visually look at a vial and tell whether it appears contaminated? Obviously, floating mold spores would be a sure indicator, but other than that is there any signs such as cloudiness, floating specs (how to tell between test crystals or backwash?), etc? My arm has all but healed up. Just a little dry skin left over the area which i admit is weird, but I think I lucked out. If this vial was contaminated, would it cause reactions every time I inject? Just tryn 2 figure out whether it was anything else but the vial.

notit's picture

There is no way to tell by looking if your gear is bad. Think about what would make it bad. example can you see e coli ? Hell even if a lab gets great reviews the guy could of scratched his ass right before touching your stopper on your vial. You never know. I would guess being clean while making these things is really hard. I would guess you would need to think about it all the time including while you sleep.

You should have a Dr. look at it and TOSS THAT VIAL! Sounds like the vial is NG!

JackBeNimble's picture

That is kind of what I was thinking. The whole ordeal was fishy from start of order to delivery months later. Could be paranoia and maybe they were legit but had some issues at the time idk. What i do know is the label came off the vial fairly easy, as if it had been done before, and also that when I flipped the cap off, instead of popping off the circle of metal it popped off the circle and then started to peel down. I wasnt sure if this was a weird different vial or not, but I stopped before peeling it all the way down. Could that have unsealed it allowing x to get in?

JackBeNimble's picture

Heres my dilemma, I may or may not be employed in a position where I have had, have, or will have (or may not) a security clearance. If I go to the doctors and its documented as what it is, it has the likelihood of revoking, denying, or affecting any clearances I have had or may have. Is there another way to go about it in the dr office without it being forever marked as test injection gone bad?

Id honestly resort to going in there and being like, "I have no idea what is going on with my shoulders" but would rather not risk amputation due to me leaving information out. Id imagine the right side is infected, it is hotter than the rest of my body (102.3 according to thermometer, its a scan one).

I have read some places that people have waited a week to see if it got worse or better. They all either got worse or better, with the worse wishing they went sooner. Its been a day for me, I dont think its getting worse but I cant say its better either. Also, what dr would I go to? Is that like a call and schedule appt? I dont have a primary dr but I do have insurance, which covers 100% preventive care...is this preventive care or does anyone know how it works with insurance in the US?

Greg's picture

One "word", HIPAA.

As Rusty said, you injected B12. You were surfing the net, got all caught up and before you knew it, you were getting Vet grade B12 off of Amazon. You're so embarrassed and know it was stupid, and you'll never, ever do it again.

pickle's picture

Wait, so the vet grade B12 i bought off Amazon that had tons of reviews isnt safe? (i actually do have a bottle of that sitting in my stash) LOL

Greg's picture

It can be safe. It depends on if you're using protection or not when you're injecting your sheep.

FR sent, pm me

JackBeNimble's picture

I removed names, sorry. I had thought since I wasnt saying positive or negative about specific brands it would be ok but my apologies. The hole from the attempted inject on my left can squeeze out pus. The area on my right is hard, flaky, and several small blister looking things. Prob will go dr unless this is something the body can resolve itself, or possibly draining with a needle. Theres not any pain really, just looks bad.

Calrizzian's picture

You can’t utilize a security clearance if you die from sepsis or have to have your arm amputated (while extreme, sepsis is def a very real possibility).

I’ve been in the same position, except mine was acquired by using a needle for a much more debilitating reason- I was scared to lose my clearance by going to the doctor, but it was a good thing I did; my white blood cell count was through the roof and said I would have had to be hospitalized if I had waited another day.

Go to an off base doc (if your currently enlisted or commissioned), or go to an urgent care clinic- they’re not obligated to submit any results/medical documents to any employer due to HIPPA. Your health is MUCH more important in the grand scheme of things brother.

Also, learn from this lesson- although the culprit could most def be the vial being contaminated, alternating points of injection is CRUCIAL.

Good luck and hope things get squared away.

Could be a sterile abscess. This is why we rotate sites...

Delete brands name, it's against the rules. Go to the doctor immediately! Could be just a bag of oil, which wasn't absorbed well and will disappear slowly by itself, or has to be drained. But in my opinion it sounds more like it could be an abscess, which definitely have to be opened and/or drained and you will need antibiotics. Good luck.

All injected into deltoid

I think thats the answer to your question!

Now remove brands and mix names, if u don't know what we meam READ THE RULES!

shiva4's picture

Remove the lab brand and specific formula names.

GreatSpear's picture

Going to a doctor is the only right answer. DIY stuff is not advisable. Sounds like you need abscesses drained on both arms and antibiotics for infection as well.
