+ 1 I want to start

ad

Hello everyone....

I have some questions regarding steroids.. I've never used before and i'm thinking about starting them... But the question is I haven't hit the gym about 1 year so i'm very weak at the moment. Do you think it is OK for me to start using steroid to work out?? Or should i work out for awhile and when i hit platu and start using them???? If i'm ok to use.. what should i start with??? please let me know.

thanks

Thanks everyone for the response....

I figured... I will start working out first and maybe think about start jucing after about 2 years... I'm 34yrs old and i'm about 190lbs and 5'10" tall.. about 1 year ago... I used to work out but i've stopped because of my work but now i can make some time to workout everyday...

I don't have the diet plans yet but we'll make one tomorrow... I'll research this website but due to my eye condition, i can't look at the monitor more than 10 min straight... so I'm hoping someone can help me here...

anyhow thank you everyone for your help....

The new guys gave great advice and +1 to all of them. First we need stats including body composition. Second we need goals.Third the answer is NO!!! You need a solid diet and 3 years minimal of training (no off season) to say if you are ready for AAS. From your own words you lack discipline. You may reach your goals without AAS, all you need is hard training and a solid diet. If you don't get the discipline to stay with it, you'll get some size then loose it when you stop working out then start again and loose it again and so on. It is a vicious cycle that in the end just equals health problems. Go back to the drawing board, research diets and training, get that in check then if you want to start AAS do some research and come back and ask questions. But for the time being, questions about diet and training I will be happy to help you with. But anything about AAS I will not because you just aren't ready.

Thanks Logan... you are right... I'll try my best to look through this website.. but i've injured my eye while i was welding ... so can't look at the monitor too long.. Anyhow, first step is to start to work out again so I'll be back to ask you later on... thanks for the advice...

Whats ur stats bro it would help if u filled them out on ur profile and to ur question its hard work detication and proper diet that makes u strong not steroids u can have a ton of juice in ur veins but it wont do a dam thing if u sit around and have a diet of doritos and gummy worms get ur mind set right train hard diet even harder and when u have done all u can do natural then ur ready for AAS i wish i would have had someone to tell me that but at the end of the day its ur body!

315 bench
495 deadlift
and 405 squat is standard before juice, i'd go higher tbh.

Really man? Why don't you try doing some research? Very bad idea to start if you haven't been training consistently for a whole year. Do you have any type of diet planned out?

Work out first. Steroids should be used if and when you hit a plateau. You need a solid base and a solid routine before you jump on the wagon. If your not hitting the gym now its hard to guarantee your gonna go when your on the juice. Work out, build a solid base, learn about macros and what it takes to gain weight, then take steroids if and when you hit a plateau.
