How to stay safe?
Hi everyone,
I just joined this forum, I've been members of other forums (non steroids forums, just normal bodybuilding forums) and I know that sometimes new members aren't welcome and often get flamed until they leave, I hope this doesn't happen here.
Let me be totally honest and admit I'm 19, my diet and training routine isn't the best but has provided me with some decent gains. I plan to run an Anavar only cycle for reasons unrelated to bodybuilding, I'm not going to be taking it for any bodybuilding related reason, please don't ask what I will be taking it for as it will probably anger people.
I'm not a typical irresponsible teenager, I'm also not stupid. I will not cycle anything else with it, nor will I go above a pharmaceutical dose (I don't need to for what I will be taking it for). I know what side effects to expect, however I'm not sure how to stay as safe as possible. I know I will need something like Arimidex but I don't know if it would be best to take it whilst taking the Anavar or after taking it? I plan to take the Anavar for an extended period of time (over 3 months) so I think it may be best taking the Arimidex with the Anavar.
What else can I do to stay as safe as possible? Is there anything I should take to protect my liver? I will be consuming everything orally.
Please don't try and talk me out of taking Anavar, I've already made my mind up, please understand that taking this is my last resort, if I don't take it I will cause myself a lot more harm. I'm really past caring what happens to myself and think it's time for me to take the Anavar, any last minute help or advice would be very appreciated.

You want to take steroids, won't tell tell us why / what for etc other than "not for any bodybuilding reason". You're implying medical issues with "if I don't take it I will cause myself a lot more harm", but I'm guessing here and possibly off track.
Not sure how we can responsibly help you considering the lack of information?

I will be taking it for medical issues, I am in the process of posting a similar question on health boards but I thought I'd try here as well.
Posting my reasons would just start a debate off from people who think they know better than proven clinical studies.
I just want some advice on how to stay as safe as possible? Should I take Adex with the Anavar? Should I take something to protect my liver? I will be taking Anavar at 5mg a day, so what's the longest I could run this? Will it interact with Hydrocortisone cream? And will it worsen my mental illnesses?

Anavar was designed to help people regain weight after debilitating disease / trauma. If you have a medical requirement for it then it would be prescribed to you and you would have these answers already. I assume this isn't the case as you've had to try and find out the answers yourself. Or you've got the worst doctor on the planet!!!

Since you won't answer my original questions (which is fair enough) I have one question for you that hopefully you should mind answering, I'm just wondering which pharmacy companies still manufacture Anavar? Or is it no longer manufactured?
I know exactly what it's used for, I'm a biochemist. (Geek in other words). I bore a lot of these guys with science based crap on a regular basis......
It's not a viable drug in most markets, expensive to manufacture and there are better options for most issues its prescribed for. Has been that way since the mid nineties. It is still manufactured in Thailand, Hong Kong and a small producer in South America, but your chances of finding it are incredibly slim as its on such a small scale.
I'd urge you to seek direct help as there's obviously bigger issues than we usually see and things you don't wish to discuss. Our hands are tied here, so all I can do is wish you well and I hope your situation improves for the better.
I hope i dont get flamed out so let me start by pouring sone gasoline all over where i know there to be fire.........I'll never understand the allure of this. I mean why don't you just hang back and observe if need be or pretend that your 25 and three quarters. Its like they are playing out some internal need to be accepted in spite of some perceived offending quality. Bizzaro indeed.

I don't need you to assist me with messing myself up, I just need you or someone else to tell me if there's anything I can do to prevent as much damage as possible?
I'm already decided, I'm merely asking for advise that will minimize the amount of damage I do to myself.
I think you'd be more understanding if you knew that I wasn't planning on taking this for bodybuilding reasons.
If you want me to leave this forum or think I will get no advice/help on here, then I'll leave.
In case anyone is willing to give me some advice, I have a few more questions which I missed out in my original post, they are:
Will Anavar interact with Hydrocortisone cream? I've heard there's an interaction between these two, if there is then I will have a few problems.
Also I have a history of mental illnesses such as depression, will this amplify my illnesses?
