+ 1 How I Pin Lateral Delts

This is how I do it, maybe some of you do too. If not, you might want to try it. It gets it deep behind the muscle. Find the end of your clavicle (collarbone) with your fingers. Now, an inch out from there is the spot. Go straight down, FROM THE TOP. Not from the side. It helps to do this in front of a mirror so that you can see that the syringe is positioned vertically, so as to go straight down. I use a 23x1.5 and pretty much bury it.
I was taught this way years ago, and it's how I've always done it. Also, if you pins delts for site enhancement, it looks way better. I always figured the oil has to go somewhere, might as well put it where it looks good. (-:

Wow...I've done plenty of cosmetic site injections using a variety of steroid compounds (never esiclene or seo) and with great results.
Interesting pin point that I've not ever tried for side later.
Because of flexibility issues hit a couple different angels for rear delt but for side delt (wondering front too?) that is an interesting option.
The sweet spot for triceps is often unused rather than directly into the tricep heads.
