How do you guys take your liquid orals?

How do you guys take your liquid orals? Do you just take the oral syringe and shoot it into the back of your mouth? Do you squirt it into a cup of orange juice? What do you guys recommend.

Shoot it back with a oral string then chase it with OJ
Straight from the dropper; depending on if its sweetened or not I get a full glass of water to wash it down.
