How do I create huge lean mass

ad

Hey,

I've just began a cycle of 500mg per week of tri sus. I am eating about 2500 Kcal and doing a 1 min rest workout. I want to gain mass and lean mass!! What steroids can you advise for building lean mass? Each bit of research I've done contradicts one another. Please help

theres a new drug called foodadrol. take it alot and often with training and rest and great things can happen. Smile

So basically the morale of the thread is: to get lean mass you need to eat. AAS are an aid

Does anyone have a good diet plan which is about 3500kcal

Buy yourself or scale so that you can keep track of everything accurately. You cannot just wing this.

Work your way backwards from 3500 cal. Start with 250 g of protein. Lean meats, fish, eggs. Try to buy organic.

I would suggest Around 150 g of carbohydrates. Make sure you get about 80 g of simple carbs Immediately after your workout along with about 60 g of fast acting protein (like whey I or H, H is better here). Try to avoid carbs as your first meal in the morning. All your carbs except for the ones after your workout should really be more complex such as yams.

Fill out the rest of your calories with healthy fats like nuts, Avocados, coconut oil, olive oil, you get the picture. Make sure you can include a lot of vegetables especially things like broccoli cauliflower.

Diet diet diet diet!
I've seen guys use anadrol for a show.
I've seen guys use masteron for a bulk
I've seen tren and anadrol used for a dirty bulk
I've seen guys put on 20lbs of mostly lean muscle with just test
I've seen guys put on 10lbs with guys an anti estrogen
The point I'm making is that diet is key. AAS push the human body beyond its natural limits. The best way to do this is get as close as possible to your natural potential as possible.
From what I see, you need to clean up your diet. If 2500kcals is your natural maintenance diet, then you should up it to 2750 and eat lean smart meals if you lots of lean muscle . Vitamin V posted a great thing about getting ripped and considering he's competed many times, he would be someone to learn as much as possible from
If you want, FR me then PM and we can talk more

Awesome advice. The same things that are needed to grow as a natural, are needed on AAS. A proper diet, and a solid, consistent training plan. AAS is an aid, if you can't get the basics right then you won't make any gains. If you don't know how to get consistent gains without AAS, you won't be making any with it. Bottom line really.

Several years ago, I had a friend that wanted to compete in a show and he was desperate for muscle. He was 17 and, while now I would never recommend this, he was passionate about bodybuilding like he was dedicated. He wanted pro hormones or steroids and I told him no but instead gave him an anti estrogen (I know it was wrong now but I thought it was best). He was taking 125mcg of letro... He put on 12lbs in two months. It just goes to show that food and training is key that this kid could do it with such a minor dose. Please don't hate on me lol I was young and stupid

I would up your calories and make sure that I was getting at least 250 g of protein for your BF and wt.
