Getting back to my best
Hi all,
Posting on here to seek advice from maybe someone who has been in the same situation as me or just lost motivation?
I was once a strong guy who could bench 120kg/264lbs (with gear). I encountered pain in my shoulder for some time, then I was seen by a consultant who advised me that I had a SLAP tear. I for a shoulder op last year and couldn't lift for 6 months. Went back to gym for 2 months and began a cycle only to fuck up my shoulder again. I have also had physio treatment on my right knee as I have a constant click when walking up or down stairs.
On the positive side, I became a dad in October last year
but cannot hold my son for long coz of this frigging shoulder. Going for physio next Thursday to build it back up.
But enough of my rants, wanted to ask you a question. Since I've lost all my muscle, I have got 2x tren e @250mg/ml and 2x test e @300mg/ml, I also have 1xanaver 50x50mg along with 2x fast rip @ 275mg/ml. And plenty clomid, just want your advice to help me get my muscle/shape back.

You absolutely need to focus on SLOWLY strengthening your tendons and cartilage. Jump on gear at this point and start building muscle, you're going to rip and tear shit everywhere. You've seen how long the healing process can take. Come into it like that and you'll have even bigger issues.
Take some time, focus on your diet and form. Re-establish your base and set a long term goal. You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish with muscle memory.
Hit me in pm for advice and tips please
The best advice I can give man is stretch, keep a focus on mobility. It's easy to heal fucked up. Put as much emphasis on cartilage support as you do your protein. If you're a smoker or a heavy caffeine user you need to weigh those aspects into your goals. They're counterproductive to healing and can exacerbate inflammation. Heavy sugars as well.
And avoid any anabolics during that time. They'll kill cortisol levels and have you walking backward in the healing process. Add in accelerated muscle growth and hindered tendons and you'll get more of what you had with your damaged shoulder in the last attempt.
There are plenty of things you can take to help regeneration. Check under the search bar for turmeric. It's helped me out quite a bit. There's also a lot of advocacy for tb500 out there. I can't speak on its efficiency or worth, I've never used it. But I have seen it all over the forums. Feel free to search it and make your own decisions.
Just focus on getting your natural base back without causing further damage, and realize anything you're doing is better than what 97% of the population is even attempting.
I'm just now at 100% from my last shoulder injury. That one occurred a year ago. That recovery time would have been shortened a bit if I weren't too over eager.
You'll read it here a million times over, but just keep in mind it's a marathon and not a sprint.
That statement is from your profile page.
That statement is written in your post up above.
The only compound listed that would be any use to YOU after YOU have gotten your BF down to an acceptable level to safely run any Anabolics would be the TESTESTERONE....... But!... that is a way off yet until you get some training and nutrition experience after that shoulder is [properly fixed].
I would spend the time from now until then..... doing nothing but DEEP research regarding steroids and their effects, the reasons why one compound at once is advised, and the reasons behind you not needing ANY of the other compounds that you have in your list.
Good luck.
I've not updated my profile but I'm actually 12% bf- my bad
The guys below are absolutely right! You need to lift in a natural state so as to hear your body's reactions to the weight your lifting. The gear will get you nowhere. It sucks to say but you need to throw the gear and thoughts of bouncing right back over night out the window brother. Lift by the feel...who cares if you must use light weight! There is always someone stronger and bigger...no matter what! Focus on YOUR situation. Any lifting is better than no lifting brother. It will get your mental firing off positive which creates a healthier healing environment I believe. So get under the weight...with nothing to prove...respect your injury and eat healthy! Each day spent eating the right foods and exercising is another day of forward progress in your back pocket!
thats a lot of gear for getting back into shape. Since you are still recovering from an injury it would probably be suggested to take things slow and not jump into it so fast since maybe thats what fucked your shoulder up in the first place. Also whats your goals? do you workout for strength or for aesthetics? I have a nagging shoulder rotator cuff injury for awhile now and I make sure to stretch with bands warm up really well before a shoulder or chest workout. Also, I don't bench press as much but focus more on flys for chest or assisted machines for any chest press movement. And for shoulders I hit it hard with laterals with very light weight with crazy form. Seems to have been working for me, good luck!
It's all gear I've stacked up over time. Wouldn't run them all at once guys
Oh sorry I made an assumption. But yeah what with that injury I do suggest still taking it easy. I made mistakes in the past especially when I'm on cycle where I know I can lift heavy weight but my joints and tendons were still not ready for the weights. I feel your pain though, shoulder pain is a pain in the ass!
Got any nutrition and training tips which have worked non steroidal cycle? So many out there and living in the uk sucks as its so expensive to buy good quality food to sustain a massive calorie in take. Send me a PM and we can discuss further bro
I'm in the uk fella so drop me a line if you need help. Get yourself a Costco card if there's one near you, save you a bit on meat / fish etc.
I've got a Costco card bud. The chicken is awesome. I'll PM you mate
I gave you 3 thumbs up for being receptive and not a mr know it all, asking for help and riding the wave that was just thrown your way without acting like a child. there is a lot to learn, before you post up things do some research, ask questions, get feedback, be willing to learn and this site will help you achieve your goals. Good luck
Since you have apparently lost all of your muscle, you sure as hell don't want to be running a cycle now. Get your ass back in the gym and start eating right and build that muscle back the only way it can be....grinding away in the gym. I'll say it for the 1000th time.....AAS are not for getting back into shape!
^^^^^
This should be shouted from the mountain tops!
Amen brotha!
How long should I wait before doing a cycle then? 3 months to get basics then hit the kit?
As everyone is different, a timeframe can't be put on "how long". As the others have said, dial in your diet, train natty to grow. Your body should bounce back, but don't rush it. When you've hit that plateau of growth, then consider adding test. I wouldn't jump back on a complex cycle as your first one back. Just my opinion. I wish you luck with the recovery bro. Injuries suck!!
Cheers bro - this injury is the crappiest ever!!! All I want is muscle and to look like I hit the gym
I understand bro. I recently had some setbacks as well but I didn't even do cardio until my surgeon released me. Now it's slow and steady with progress.
every day is leg day!
Amen to that. If you've "lost all your muscle" you need to build a base.
getting old sucks, dont it.
Not sure if I would run so many compounds for a cycle that cant include strenuous workouts.
HAve you checked your test levels to see what you are natty?
