How am i going so far??
ad
Hey guys,
I have been on a cycle of 400mg test e/ test c... I did 5 weeks on E and then switched to C as I could not get more E at the time. I've just started my seventh week and this is what i'm noticing..
I sweat more and i'm stronger lifting 20kg more on some exercises I also want to sleep more, and I've gained about 5kgs of weight.
But I have no water retention that I can see and no acne really think I've had 3 little pimples since starting...
I'm not really bigger just a better shape which is fine.
Do these results so far sound right for that dosage?
Cheers Slide

Thanks for the replys guys. My diet is very clean I eat very little fat, lots of meat rice and tuna..
I'm using adex at .3 ml e3d and I would have a low salt intake as I don't add it to anything I eat.. I've been drinking 2-3 liters of water a day I just seems to piss it all out haha... I have gained a little fat around the mid section but its not much, Considering how much i'm eating.
This is my first time using test and just wanted feed back on my progress so far, sorry of the lack of info in my first post!
Does it sound like i'm doing ok?
You guys should read more carefully what he wrote...
He has done 6 weeks (currently in the 7th) of long ester testosterone and is up 5kg without any water retention.
That sounds pretty good in my book, especially @ 400mg/week
tread-mNo that is good, I think we sensed he didn't feel perfect about...maybe read into it wrong but sure, about 1.5 pounds a week right , so if its quality and not carrying water thats nice. We will usually make that point when someone makes a statement about weight that leads us to believe they think the gear is where the gains are knowing diet determines gains or lack of gains or cuts...whatever the case may be.
I see...To be honest though, I am pretty reluctant to believe that he has not gained ANY water weight unless his sodium intake is extremely low and he is using an AI.
tread-mEveryone is on here brother. Its a you and what you do thing. If you want real answers put in your stats and goals and lay out your diet here. Diet being the determining factor, if you're not gaining what you want add more red meat and add more meals unless you are eating 6 meals a day. Sometimes you have to shake supp if you cant get a meal in but its all about the meat. Meat is what your muscles are made of so the more you get the higher the likelyhood you will gain some muscle. Having said that, the slower more precise gains with clean meat will be the gains that are easiest to keep. Eat big/lift big....
gains are primarily dictated through DIET and training bro... check ur diet
A lot depends on your diet, starting weight, bf%, age, cycle history, etc.
We would need more info to give a better opinion. Diet is usually the determining factor in most cycles' results.
AnonEveryones different... some could gain heaps some could gain little..
