yeah man if your stuff is dosed at 1mg..some ugls have different doses but normally .25 is one pill split in 4...and .5 is split in half...not trying to be a jerk but you should have had this figured out before the cycle started but hey you have a ai most people dont so good job bro post your results

That is correct.I personally don't take any arimidex unless I get to much water retention or my nips get a little tender or itchy.And then I usually quit after a week.but some people are more sensitive to estrogen build up than others.It's usually right around week four for me when the long esters kick in because my bodies trying to maintain it's natural balance.
