Help me explain something
ad
Trying to get someone at the gym to understand that “cycling” 200-300mg of testosterone for 16 weeks, and completely coming off with no PCT and trying to start again months later on testosterone and do the same exact thing is counter productive and loses some/majority of gains.
Trying to get him to understand that you cruise at 200, and if he’s gonna cycle do 300-600mg and come back down to 200 after the cycle ends without coming off.
Seems pointless to me from a literature standpoint to come off at all if he wants to continue this passion of his.
He thinks that the people he speaks to that has “years” of experience = wisdom, and it’s hard to explain that experience doesn’t equal wisdom in some cases.

He should definitely run a pct. Especially if it's his first cycle and even more so if he ever plans on having kids. As for cruising....as a new user 100-150mg per week is a proper trt/cruise dose. These are the people who give steroid use such a bad name. They have absolutely no clue what they're doing and that's unacceptable because there's an entire Internet filled with info right at your fingertips. Just tell him to Google shit like "What happens when you don't pct"....."What happens if you start cruising after cycle numero uno"...."What does this do to fertility". If he's too ignorant to listen to his homies show him some facts.
Look kid life is long. You have more than enough testosterone at your age. It's diet and exercise.
Cruising will permanently shut you down. Might as well cut your balls off. Pinning every week for the rest of your life is not fun. No kids, not fun. Shorter life span. Not cool.
I can't stop you or your persistent attempts at getting a cosigner but PCT is a necessary "evil" for long term health.
HypeisbadWhy did this guys account get banned?
I never come off. I cut down to 200 mgs a week the back on. Taking a lot of pills and HCG seems worse for me than just staying on. I’m almost 50 years old. I had my kids and my test levels are shot anyway. My bloodwork comes back pretty good. I just stay on.
I should add that I didn’t start steroids til I was 42 years old. If I was in my 20s I would cycle off.
Yeah for sure my first cycle I was 24 and I ran for 21 weeks then stopped for two years. Had no issues with testosterone what so ever. Also one of the lucky ones I didn’t take a pct. Just Arimidex during my cycle. But when I stopped I stopped completely everything. Still no issues even today
To be fair, there's still a lot of guys, especially younger ones that still cycle on and off while their natural test production is adequate. I know TRT is the prevalent way most guys roll anymore, but can't really knock a guy for wanting to come off.
With that being said, your buddy at the gym would still need to be proactive about blood work and procure and deploy a proper pct (have never pct'd so I would be of no help there). 200-300/wk test cyp is a very mild amount, but depending on whether he's a good responder or not could still put him well into super physiological levels, especially his first go at it.
If I were you, and he's an expert already just let him make his mistakes. You can't plead intelligence into people that don't want it. In 20 weeks, when his dick is limp and he's no longer at the gym, maybe reach out and offer some advice. Or just tell him to make an acct here. There's a lot of old school guys in here that knows about cycling on and off. I believe @irongame427 knows about that subject quite well.
To @Pumped_ point though, most guys are of the blast n cruise mindset anymore. It's the way of the future, like identifying as a cat or taking a video of yourself squatting 185lbs. Get with it.
A.trip77Well more of what I was trying to get at with it is the fact that if he plans to stick to this and be committed that coming off testosterone isn’t beneficial, and the loop of gaining and losing 40-50% after coming off isn’t really a good idea.
Just recommending staying on atleast some amount of testosterone always.
He’s around 18-19 and within his first year of the gym in general so it’s hard to get him to listen to anyone other than his “coach” and ignores science or literature on the topic.
RIP 18 yr olds giving me advice at the gym
Whoa dude did you mean 18-19 years old!?! He's still a child. Needs to NOT BE ON ANY GEAR WHATSOEVER.
Teenagers are so stupid. In your first year or 3 in the gym you can make sick gains naturally. Thats even more true at 18-19 when your hormone levels are at their peak. Such a waste running gear then.
He is the 18-19 year old.
Fuck man. goddamn kids.
Plus new studies show how much more dangerous it is shutting down, recovering with PCT. Very harmful.
Disclaimer: if cycling is your thing by all means do it safely. I am in no way discrediting cycling or promoting TRT or blast and cruising.
Do you know the names or have links to any of these studies? I tried finding some real data on this topic recently and couldn’t find anything.
Just collectively reading from a bunch of different sources of info. I Dont think you are going to find someone going against the grain actually raging against the machine
I feel like PCT should only be saved for people who want to cycle once in a blue moon. Other than that it’s really really hard on your system to keep doing
I'm more or less what you might call "an idiot". I just lift weights and pin. When something goes wrong I come here. I have eroids in my phone as "911". I accidentally dialed it one time and @Greg picked up. Said his name was Judy for some reason, so I just hung up.
WTF?! You were just unbanned and then you start to dox people? ...everyone say good by to Milfy
Hahahahahaha shitttt
Double RIP
Why are you talking to random people at a gym about steroids?
A.trip77I mean the dude isn’t a random, he was talking to me about steroids and cycles. I just tried to explain from a literature standpoint, its not really beneficial to keep coming off testosterone.
I am a fairly private person when it comes to illegal things. Lol. Non of my friends or people I work with know what I do. I'll have guys tell me about them being on trt and I just listen.
That’s because you aren’t young and dumb. I’m the same way, I play stupid if someone starts talking to me about steroids or even TRT. Don’t know anything about that shit. There is not one single benefit of someone IRL knowing about what we do.
Three things you dont argue with people about
1. Religion
2. Politics
3. Steroid Cycles
Rules to live by.
Why waste your breathe? For extra cardio?
Lol
Put it this way he spends all that money on Test then just quits, well he will just be natural and wasting money. I guarantee his natural Test levels are lower than they ever have been as well. The best thing I ever did was cruise or do my own TRT.
Does he also believe the earth is flat?
Yeah we need some more info on this guy. Lmfao. Question #1; Broccoli haircut?
Question #2; Age& mental capacity?
All kidding aside, If he’s one of those people who know everything & has to literally go through the life process himself all you can do is stay in his orbit and offer help but I woundnt waste too much energy& effort into this. IMO, if someone isn’t prone to new information/education on the level your speaking to him on, chances are anything beyond this level of awareness is a waste of energy on the gym dudes part. @RobertB80 , I know I responded under your post but obviously I liked & agree with this.
iCONicThe earth is flat and we live under a firmament
Just Earth though, right? All the other planets and moons are round
Fuckin flat earther, tree hugging motherfuckers.
I was at the hospital one time and overheard a nurse passionately talking about how the earth was actually flat. I just thought "uh ohhh.."
Man my ex sister in law was a RN. She went on a religious pilgrimage to Africa, long story short, one of the tribesman had passed away. She, her group, and the members of the tribe prayed over this man who regained life after being deceased for just over 24 hours. Call me crazy, but I think a jar of bees a minute after he hit the ground would’ve had him up and running. Best part is she said he was perfectly fine. After the brain having no oxygen for over a day? This is healthcare professionals in the U.S. She’s old and retired now.
hahahahahaha Jesus Christ. Im gonna leave written instructions in case I die to say oooga-booga and suck my dick for 24hrs straight to bring me back to life.
Then I'm just gonna go play dead and see if ur ex sister in law shows up.... Just me with some X's drawn on my eyelids and my dick flopped out.
"OH MY GOD WHAT DO I DO TO HELP THIS MAN?!?"
Yeah it’s pretty scary to know these folks work in the medical field and other healthcare industries. I seem to attract women in the healthcare industry for some odd reason. I hear all the insane stories& how the majority of these broads are complete whack jobs. Just my life experience.
She sounds perfect
iCONicspace isn't real buddy
Love learning new and interesting facts. Does sarcasm also not exist? Asking for a friend
iCONicCareful bud, I just took a shot of tren and I'm ready for some bussy.
Threats on the internet from a flat earther on tren it just keeps getting better
iCONicAre you stupid or just illiterate? @Milfpounder check out this jackass
Easy now. @RobertB80 is a friend of mine and has been around a good long while. Also one of the funniest guys on here aside from @randomdude.
Flattered Milky. You and @randomdude always have me in stitches. Best value on the platform you two
I’m blushing.
iCONicOh, so he is just illiterate. Gotcha
I'd say at best he misunderstood what you were saying. He speaks a British dialect and eats beans for every meal so it's possible he was confused based on the sodium intake.
