hCG: How do YOU run it?

Just a simple question. I'm trying to see how different people use hCG, If you suggest it's use: do you use it on cycle, the whole cycle, part of the cycle, before PCT, blast it, ect?

I only use hcg when needed, some cycles my balls shrink fast and ill need it around week 3, and one time i didnt need it until week 6, wherever i start during my cyce i only go till pct.
I just wanted to get a feel for how people on this board felt about hCG treatment while on cycle. I run hCG at 250IU every 3.5 days while on cycle to maintain LH signal, reduce testicular atrophy, ect. Furthermore, I implement an AI (a-zole) to maintain proper E2 levels. I determine the accuracy of my AI dosing through BW drawn mid cycle which is compared retrospectively to my precycle BW.
I mentioned this protocol on a different board, and it seemed people were shocked. There was large discussion that my E2 was likely to be significantly elevated, ect, ect
Any more thoughts on this?

That's because they don't know and haven't run hcg. 250iu of hcg is not going to dramatically elevate Testosterone levels. It is the elevation of T levels from the cycle( exogenous Testosterone) that will raise E2 not the hcg at that dose.
This study pretty much shows what the effect is while on 200mg Test E weekly with low dose HCG EOD (125iu,250iu,500iu). No bro science here just fact....it works.

Week 8 thru 12 of a 12 week cycle, I used 500IU split 250 Monday and 250 Thursday. Was enough to plump them up a little and make PCT a breeze. I chose a modest dose like this for two reasons. 1: the more hcg you use, the more you run the risk of desensitization of the Leydig cells. 2: the more hcg you use, the more aromatase levels rise, so you have to keep an eye on estrogen levels.
I use it as a "blast" pre PCT at 1000iu's ed or eod for 1 to 2 weeks. Wait 5 days before beginning clomid/nolvadex. Only do 12ish week cycles so do not use it during
P2i2tI use it throughout the cycle at 500iu twice weekly. But I actually cycle my hcg within my cycle so to not risk desensitization of my leydig cells. I use for 2 weeks then off for 2 weeks then on 3 and off 2 then on 4 and off 2 then blast the last week into pct. That's an example of my 16 week cycle plan using hcg.
It depends on why u are using this drug. Do u want to use it?
