Cystic acne! Antibiotics from the dermatologist then lots of uv light. I've been dealing with cystic acne for years. The only thing that completely gets rid of it is UV light (tanning salon)!

your lucky its only halo that does it to you. i had really bad acne when i was younger and in my twenties and had to get on accutane(horrible shit but works wonders for acne). most all steroids give me horrible acne, i guess because i am so prone to it. Equipoise does it the worst to me. i also get huge boil looking acne on me, deca does that to me also, but i get it on the center of my chest, shoulders, upper and middle back, its pretty fucking annoying. there is another thread on here that says that if you wash your skin too much your body will actually produce more oil to compensate. but i use bar soap mainly and it doesnt help(dove for men), i have used salicylic acid, and other otc shit too.

Try dropping the dosage to 30mg and see how that works. It sounds like cystic acne, and that shit leaves scars. Don't pick at them!

It's definitely possible for Halo to cause acne. How long have you been running it, and at what dosage?
