Frozen steroids....wtf

So today I got a pack in from one of the highest rated and reputable sources on eroids. 5 vials of Bold undecy 250mg. I’m from a northern state over in the States and when I open package gear was frozen solid but surprisingly Once in my house at room temperature it came back to a liquid in 5 minutes or less so very quick.
I guarantee some of your readers have gone to the same source bought from The same lab I went to because like I said it’s a very reputable and highly rated website and lab. I know gear is not supposed to ever be ice. I’m wondering What should I do here?
Is this a legitimate reason to say it is fake and call them out or could I possibly have been missed lead...hormones should not freeze however even though it was frozen, at room temperature it melted back to liquid in a few minutes....
I’m not familiar with frozen steroids or really frozen anything besides ice lol

Eq is liquid at room temp and will of just crashed. As mentioned warm it up and you’ll be fine. At least you know it has gear inside

Candle wax warmer is my preferred method for reheating gear. Works like a charm.

Gear can recrystallize in freezing temperatures. It doesn't mean it's bad. A source can use a higher ratio of solvents to counter it but that leads to more PIP. In the future just drop the vials in a pot of water and heat at medium temperature. You'll see the contents liquefy. Do not overheat the vials otherwise they'll explode due to pressurization. Make sure to periodically remove vials from the pot and shake vigorously. I shouldn't have to say this but don't put frozen vials in a pot of hot water.

Frozen gear DOES NOT mean that the gear is bunk!!! It means that it got below the freezing point of the concentration in the solution. It's good, don't worry.

+ I was going to say the same thing, I think eq raw powder is pretty much close to liquid at room temp. Like it's almost melted when it comes in its powder form before the finished product. So I could see that particular compound freezing easily
