is it better to hold off of steroids as long as you possibly can.. in my research here I have found that most people are saying 30 - 30 years old is probs the earliest you should start if long term prospects are in your mind ( forinstence most 22 yearold males will not be worried about what will be going on when they are 33 because this seems like a life time away) .. would you say this is true or said to scare young people from making mistakes that beginners tend to make? Thanks Smile

If you can avoid what feels good in the moment for what is really best in the long term, you will make it far with your goals. This doesn't just apply to gear. It's a life lesson that applies to most everything. Great advice given itt.

Let's not kid ourselves... WE ARE USING DRUGS! and as anyone with any experience with DRUGS will tell you, with continuous use it will take MORE to get similar results. Now what does that mean? It is very easy to fall into the "juice junky" category. ESPECIALLY in your 20's. Not bashing, it's just a fact that mental, psychological and emotional maturity has not been established yet (hence the slew of 20somethings that think they "know better" around here) BE THE TURTLE and hit your genetic potential BEFORE AAS is brought into the picture

Look, people are gonna start any age they want. Like Nitti said I also think that if you aren't using it to make money as a professional athlete or trying to then just hold off as long as you can. A lot of the pros start young. I believe a lot of shit people say on boards (This one and other ones) are complete scares. You can stay healthy even if you start young and not burn out. It's just a big fighting the mental aspect and checking up with blood tests every now and then. But if you have low T then get TRT, simple as that. No need to live your life with depression and limp dick. You can have low T at any age, just depends on the person. But if you want to start AAS young and don't plan on being an athlete then... At least of a good training schedule and diet and base before you start. Also its better if you get leaner before you start then get on. You get a better drug response when your leaner with a good foundation when you first start no matter the age. I think its easier to be burnt out if you start with no real foundation and just jump into AAS/HGH/SLIN. But the problem with most young people is that usually their first "STEROID" cycle is some pro hormone they got in store or online and they run it with no test and wonder why their dick wont get up and then post on forums about their scare when they didnt do anything right.

Just saying Arnold Schwarzenegger started early, i think he holds the record for youngest Mr.O , n got hell of results well into his age and still is at age 60+ he is looking good- probs on trt but beside the point. I take low doses of steroids mere for help with nutrient absorption rather than a short cut to mass. yes ive done the gomad diet n its the shit but with some juice fuckin A.

yup like Nitti said unless it's medically necessary 30 is a good age to consider aas to your fitness and bodybuilding goals first and foremost tho I wouldn't recommend to that 30yr old who just decided to start training 6 months ago to consider using hormones, my opinion is you must build a base first to improve on. first couple of years training proper nutrition, training protocol and rest will give a person fantastic results to start with, then if you stall with these in place and want to keep going, learn your compounds, ai and serms proper pct, blessings! the people who want instant results and gratification are the ones who will likely be the ones to sacrifice their health and get there ticket punched early.

My personal opinion is if you aren't using AAS to make money as a professional athlete (bodybuilder or endurance/strength athlete) then I would hold off as long as possible. But there are other reasons to use AAS. Lets say you're a 22 year old with health problems associated with low T. Using testosterone to regain strength and vitality is the healthy thing to do. Or maybe it's a muscle wasting disease you have and since you are being put on Oxandolone or Anapolon to help restore muscle growth, you research and find that it's much healthier to use a testosterone base. So special circumstances aside, if you are just a recreational user or not planning on becoming a professional body builder, you may be smart to stay away as long as you can. It's just unnecessary. Train until you hit your own personal wall. 30 is a good age. It's the point where Natty levels start to tank.

Starting juice is tough. Obviously we all want to be huge and ripped NOW. This makes putting off starting hard becuase who wants to wait till 40 to get big. I have done maybe 3 or 4 cycles over the past 15 years and started young. Im not glad I did but I dont really regret it either.

If you let yourself max out naturally before starting chemical enhancement, you're giving yourself every edge possible. You want to be the biggest and strongest you can be before starting with the chemicals. I talk to so many young kids at the gym about this and their eyes glaze over. These kids have no gym time, no muscle mass to speak of, no strength, they're like 6 feet tall and 160-170 pounds soaking wet. They know where the squat rack is but they have never used it. Deadlifts??? They may have read about those in a book once. All they want is a shortcut. Thankfully it doesn't work that way - no matter how much gear they take - they make little progress because there is no base. This is the Trenbolone first cycle crowd. Makes me want to laugh and cry at the same time.
