Does Deca-Durabolin raise Testosterone levels on blood test!?

I apologize if this has been covered. My friend who ran 750mg of Test Enanthate and 300mg of Deca had his total testosterone come in at 5,042. He has never had testosterone levels this high and normally comes in around 3,000, and was wondering if his Deca was actually testosterone or if deca raises test result levels, as I have the same Deca as him and just started yesterday and I will be doing bloods as well. Any input on experience with test results on Deca is appreciated. Thank you.

No deca won't raise test levels
100% no.
But if he is taking hcg for example, alongside the test it will drive his numbers skyhigh

Test results may differ from brand to brand but Deca should not be the one that effects test levels in bloods unless it is not Deca but also Test
