Need some advice. I've got 34 amps of sust 250 and 10 cc's of tren e 100. I also have 10,000 units of HCG. I'm 6'2 and weigh 242. I've got big time body fat around 30%. How would you guys use this gear get bigger, stronger......and leaner?

Definitely want to get the diet in check. Having high bf has too much potential for nasty side effects. Get back into training all natural at first to build tendon strength. I know this from personal experience. Your muscles will grow to fast and you'll have nothing but problems. So training hard natty and getting you bf in check the right way. This will set you on the right path by reinforcing good habits. Then when you bf is down around 15-16% jump on the AAS wagon and know you did it right. This will only make your experience more enjoyable and you'll have the tools to retain your gain. Good luck bro!
Thanks everyone for the advice. As I stated in my reply to Big Al, I've got an extensive history of athletics and exercise, running marathons and weight training. It's just been a really bad year with a nasty calf strain, back spasms, shoulder strain, and a vasectomy. Fortunately for me, I can lose weight rather quickly, and I feel confident in dropping the bf won't be too much of a problem. I had the good fortune of landing the sust, tren, and hcg and was hoping I could use 5 days lifting and 2 days cardio to get back in shape with the added advantage of this gear. I've used sust and other tests in the past with good results. This is my first experience with the tren though. Btw, I'm 37 years old.
You don't need compounds, yet. Get some BF calipers and recheck your BF%. Utilize the forums on eroids that have to do with nutrition and cardio. Find out what your BMR is and set a short term goal to see if you can decrease your BF% by your exercise level verses the calories you intake on a daily basis. For example, how easy would it be for you to decrease your BF% to 20? Could you do it in less than 7 weeks? Your weight is fine. Change your diet and start cardio three to four times per week. If your heart can handle cardio try high impact aerobic activity, like running cross country. You can do it!!!
at 30% BF your training experience must be ZERO and obviously no idea about diet....no advice needed really as this must be a wind up..
some crazy people on this site lol
have a good day and enjoy ur pancakes.,
peace.
Yeah. Some jack asses on here too. I'm coming off a full year of surgeries and injuries. I've ran marathons and 200 mile relays. I'm pretty decent at diet as well. Unfortunately, I've put on some weight during this past year and I've been fortunate enough to get some good gear to help with recovery. Just looking for advice and instead I get a moronic dope making fun of someone they know nothing about. Nice....idiot.
Diet and get consistent in the gym or using any hormones or suplements will have lil effect or it would only be temporary. Whats your training expirience? Any previous aas use?
Age and previous cycle history?
