Genuine. It's good. Bad sides though..

Take it from me, having bad acne fucking sucks. I've suffered from acne on my face, neck, back for as long as I can remember. Since working out, before cycling, it has only gotten worse.
I have gone to a few different dermatological for a few year years now and have tried almost everything under the sun, although never accutane. My doctor believed that my acne wasn't bad enough to justify the side effects. Could be right, could be wrong, I'll never know.

What has worked for me! Currently using

Regular facial scrub - I like benzo over silicic acid, but thats just me. More importantly it has a rough scrub in it. I also use one that has spot and scar reduction

Rent-a-Micro - great for spot treatment. Burns you pimples right off like a chemical peel. Does a fucking number on your face though... but I guess that just means its working (prescription)

Topical Antibiotic - spread it everywhere: face, neck, back, chest, shoulders (prescription)

Oral Antibiotic - helps prevent those nodular acne (the hard, painful balls wayyy under the skin) I know doctor, but I bet any kind of oral antibiotic would have a positive effect on your acne(prescription)

Antibacterial dish soap - I know this sounds weird but it works magic! I use it in the shower after a workout. Really cuts through oils and sweat (i only use on my body). I follow it up with a generic body scrub. I use a neutrogena acne body scrub

I realize that doesn't really answer your question but I sort of go carried away. My advise: Skip the accutane, especially if you are going running a cycle. That stuff has some seriously nasty side effects - and that coming from someone on a steroid website!

I had severe acne and yes it works. Just throwing my 2cents out there. Not bashing it. Has also been known to decrease dopamine and serotonin levels causing mood swings and depression. I got some acne going on from some test right now but I am married with 4 kids and could give a fuck less but to each there own.... I just chalk it up to the game...

Does more than damage to your liver. I did this under doctors care 20 years ago. That stuff aint no joke bro. This stuff has been been pulled for far to many sides.. It takes a hell of a lot to pull a drug once approved.. I mean a hell of a lot..
