Dump out 50% of the bottle and add 50% of water. Make sure it's filtered water because injecting hard water can suck balls. Good luck

Well the bottle if manufactured properly should come sterile. Benzyl alcohol is a preservative and prevents any bacteria from being able to grow. As long as you practice proper sterile procedure when drawing from it you shouldn’t have any issues. I’ve seen pharmacists says discard after 28 days because supposedly there isn’t sterility tests done after this by the manufacturer(not sure of validity) A vial I just got has an expiration date of the 18 months from now. Keep in stable room temperature and away from light and you’ll survive.
To be clear the expiration date is the date that an unopened multi use vial should be discarded.
