So yesterday was my first pin of test E 250mg(1ml), injection went smooth, took my time, stayed sterile, all and all pretty pain free and easy.today, about 24 hours , after, my quad is pretty sore no swelling, no redness.. just feels like I took a good hit to the leg with a bat. I can walk fine, and it doesn't throb.. I know it could be any # of things but I'm assuming its just virgin muscle pain I'm feeling. I know its a pretty common thing, just wondering if this is how its gonna be my first few pins, or if something else is going on. Thanks in advance

Yeah bro, 23g 1.5, is what I used.. I didn't dig it in, I left maybe a 1/4 inch out.. I'm gonna give it a few more goes, and if it persists i'll swith up the gauge and length.. thanks for the advice

No soon you'll be able to pin anywhere in the quad.I took a year brake and I had no pip when I started back.Geuss it's like riding a bike.LOL
SGZU should massage the injection site after for a bit,iDK if that will actually help but so ive been told.,...
Gets better with time. for me when it happens it takes 3-4 days to subside. Stay in there your doing something that most will not.
cant really say everybody is differant but it should get better
