+ 5 Appetite decrease and heartburn while on tren? this may be a solution for you

ad

I use tren in probably most of my cycles, and while some are lucky enough to not get these sides I am one among many others who suffer from a decrease in appetite as well as heart burn while using it so thought I would post this in hope that it will work for other people too as not many people I have come across actually know it. I came across a very knowledgeable member on another forum that made me aware of this a while ago and have been experimenting with it in my past 2 tren runs with good success while most other things did not work or were not always the safest/healthiest option. The answer might be, glutamine and papaya enzymes! now this is purely based on my own experiences, theories and research so it is by no means absolutely fool proof and it might work for some like it did for myself and not for others. Would actually love if people who are currently running tren and suffering from these sides gave it a try and report back to compare experiences and help come to a better conclusion.

As most of us should know while glutamine is a non essential amino acid, it is primarily used for maintaining and building lean body mass as well as very important for supporting immune and intestinal health. Most of us get enough glutamine for our needs from our diet under normal circumstances while others supplement with it as well so generally we are fine in most cases. Our stomach lining is comprised of about 70-80% glutamine so as you can see it plays a huge role in intestinal health.

So how does tren, glutamine, appetite decrease and heartburn all tie together? as we know tren is the strongest aas out there (apart from some designer steroids) so due to it's ridiculously high anabolic and androgenic ratio it drives our bodies into anabolism turbodrive. Glutamine is used in huge quantities when the rate of anabolism is very high so when not enough glutamine is present it is possible that it is being pulled from your stomach lining so your other body systems work properly. So the heartburn and decrease in appetite that you experience may be because your stomach lining is being sacrificed.

I start with 25g/day taken first thing in the morning with water (don't let it sit too long as it can turn into ammonia, consume it straight away) and then adjust from there and see what is the lowest amount I can get away with with the dose of tren I would be using at the time.

The papaya enzymes (or even incorporating papaya's into your diet) have been known to be a great natural antacid. They encourage digestion, ease indigestion and of course help relieve heartburn by promoting a healthy acidic envrionment. A much better and natural way than taking OTC meds such as zantac etc. Take one or two a day or simply just take it when you get heartburn. They have worked very well for me.

Give these a try and report back would love to hear people's experiences and see if this truly is a solution and it works for other people. It might even work with other compounds and orals which cause these side effects. For me tren is the only thing that I experience heart burn and appetite decrease with.

I keep tums beside my bed. Also I my appetite was down as well I tweaked my test a little higher and boom my appetite was back. Tren kills my appetite but also makes me ripped depending on what I want to do! Killing your appetite isn't always I bad thing I think! As long as you get the right amount of nutrition!

No probs brother, let me know how you go I hope it works for you as good as it did for me. The good thing is it works pretty quickly so within a couple of days you should be feeling better. It sucks because it can end up diminishing the results you could have potentially gotten since it hinders how much you can eat sometimes.

Im battling this right now. Appetite is non existent. I woke up at 5 this morning with the worst heartburn I've ever had. There wasn't a tums in the house so i ended up vomiting. Something has got to give.

Been there as well bro. Woke up with the urge to vomit many times, use to take zantac every day which worked but that pretty much knocks out all the acidity from your stomach which you need some of.

Would marijuana help with this?? I'm waiting on some tren and I'm thinkin about adding some good ol fashion weed to keep me hungry and to help with sleep =) but this sounds very interesting

Haha have no personal experience, but I've heard of people using it and working to increase appetite. Don't think it would do anything for the heartburn though

Wow you're literally describing my exact situation right now. I to don't get the shitty insomnia, or bad night sweats but the first 2-3 weeks on it my appetite was shot, and the hesrtburn has been terrible like it always is. I'm going to give this a try. My appetite has increased a lot as my body got over the initial shock of hormones but it's still not where I want it to be. So I'll try this and let you know how it goes. Thanks for the info.
