I ALWAYS seem to get abcesses when I'm in a cycle.

I address the issue with a cap full of paroxide around the infected area and maintain it in the same position for as long as I can bare it, (Usually 2-3 minutes), or before it statrs to froth up and have a consistancy of man-juice. I then swill my mouth out of the peroxide with a good quality mouth wash, i,e; Crest etc, refill my mouth with said mouth wash and swirl it around for a few minutes.

It burns like a b*tch, but doing this 4 or 5 times throughout the day when the pain becomes a nuisance works wonders for me.
