Anavar question

Hey guys.had a question about anavar.my friend got some and after running it at 75mg a day for 2weeks he says he is getting headaches and nose bleeds in the morning. I wanted to ask if this is normal side from var?

Tell him to increase his cardio and water intake. If you do these two simple things 100mg per day can be ran with minimal sides.
NastyNateSounds like high BP to me...lower dosage to 50mg ED, drink lots of water, watch sodium intake and invest in some Hawthorn Berries supplement (works great for me with BP problems)....that should fix his problem. Upping his cardio to at least 30 min 3X a week will be good too.
I would run it at 50mg a day and have excellent results with no sides. Tell him to lower the dose and up his water intake and take headache meds. Hope he is okay.

Seems like it could be a blood pressure issue might wanna check into that
