I'm going to contact the vets I know and be honest with them. I live in Texas and know many people who own horses so that may be a pretty easy route to go. Honestly, it almost laughable that humans cannot get their hands on stuff like this. In fact, it's not laughable, it's a fucking shame.
Actually, when I spoke to the vet today he pretty much agreed that Adequan would be perfect for me. I believed him that he has never used it on a human and has no idea how it'd react (though a simple google search would give him tons of info on that). We talked about my ankle not getting enough hyaluronic acid, and the irony is that Adequan works to increase that naturally occurring joint lubricant. Basically, everything Adequan does is naturally fantastic for mammal joints, ligaments, cartilage, soft tissue, etc. All mammals accept the ones we treat the worst - humans.
